I've been here for years and never heard your name ever mentioned once in any pizza recommendation post. Actually, never heard of you at all. EVER! Now I know why. And by the way, those paper thin slices you sell for $11 or 2 is laughable. In NYC they sold $1 slices heftier than that. One last thing. your sign on the outside states one price for your "SPECIAL" and the sign on the inside is a different price. Clearly you lack consistency and integrity with everything across the board.“

“First let me say, the pizza was delicious!! Thin, crispy crust…the kind of yumminess you get from a wood burning oven. The perfect amount of cheese, sauce, and flavor. I don’t know what it’s like normally, but it was very slow and I for sure thought that the service would have been better…it was meh. Pretty cool atmosphere, but I was sitting at the bar and I can’t say I appreciated the bartender coming on duty spraying cleaning supplies and pouring bleach while I sat there. Don’t get me wrong, I love the smell of cleat, but I don’t enjoy inhaling the cleaning spray while I eat. If I come back, I’ll sit at a table to enjoy a delicious pizza.“

“If you're looking for a restaurant on a night you don't feel like cooking then choose Marco's! This restaurant offers great Customer service including foods that are seasoned well. I always enjoy the garlic parmesan wings and cheezy bread with ranch dressing on the side. What I also like is that Marco's has a reward program which allows a customer to gain points from their order to be used on future orders. All a customer has to do for it is only sign up which takes maybe a minute or two of his or her time. I racked so many points I was receiving $10's off my order. “I’ve been coming to this pizza place almost every week, and it never disappoints. The restaurant is always very clean, the staff is super friendly, and the price for the amount of food and toppings you get is more than reasonable. They’ve got a huge variety of toppings, everything is fresh, and the quality of each pizza is spot on. Plus, the food comes out fairly quickly.

This one here is an 11-inch MOD Pizza that I built myself with a ton of toppings, and it only cost $12. The best part is you can add as many toppings as you want for the same price, which is a great deal for the amount of food and flavor you get. I recommend going here if you love good pizza!“

“Ordered the Tuesday special a 10” one topping for $6 and some wings. I asked the young lady taking the ordered for all flats which she advised couldn’t be guaranteed. Went to pick up my order only to find that I had all drums. What a disappointment. However the staff went above and beyond to accommodate me and my request. Unfortunately they did not have any flats to prepare. So I left, not with what I wanted but still feeling valued as a customer. They definitely tried to make it right. Only to my surprise I received a call from the manager expressing his apologies and a very kind offer to make things right. They did not have to go the extra mile but they did and I am a very happy customer.“

“OUTSTANDING CUSTOMER SERVICE and the food was DELICIOUS!!! I reached out to the Folly Rd. Marco's about having quite a few pizzas, brownies and drinks delivered to a hotel where I had a group of 28 staying. I called the store a couple times in the weeks leading up to the delivery before placing my order online. Each time I called, the person that answered the phone was so polite and helpful. On delivery day, the driver ("9694-H.M.") was on time (a few minutes early, even!) and so polite. When I asked him about the plates and napkins I had requested when I called the store to confirm my order, he had forgotten them and you could tell he felt horrible. He was so apologetic (said he sees the note about the paper products now and just missed it earlier) and offered to go back to the store and get them or go out and buy some at the store around the corner and bring them back. I asked if he'd get reimbursed for that, and he said no, but that didn't matter (I told him it did matter and we didn't need to do that). The group was already starting to come down for dinner, so I asked the hotel if there was any way they could help out (their customer service had also been stellar!). The hotel "saved the day" and was able to provide some paper plates and napkins, so all was well. I told the driver "problem solved" and no worries. I really appreciated him offering to go above and beyond.....I thought service like that was long gone. I was so impressed with this young man. About 20 minutes later, he showed up again at the hotel with a grocery bag of paper plates and napkins (even though he knew the hotel was able to find some for us). I was so impressed with his integrity! I thanked him and said we were good and maybe he could keep those in his car in case he needs them another time. So, Marco's on Folly Beach Rd........not only did you guys provide a great dinner for my group, but had it delivered by a person who is OUTSTANDING at his job!!! Thank you so much for making our evening GREAT!“

When I called to see if there was anyway that I could get my order transferred to the closer store Christine said no problem. She placed me on a short hold, called the store and made it happen. This took a big burden off of me since I was concerned about getting to her store and back in time for the short lunch period that we had. That is true customer service since she lost a sale in the process. Next time I am over that way I will definitely go to her store without any hesitation.“
