So much variety, amazing atmosphere, wonderful staff. Such a hidden gem! The pickled okra is one of the best and most creative appetizers I have had in a long time. It's a great place to bring kids too!“

I will 100% be back! 1) The place smells AMAZING! First thing you notice when you walk in, and it's even better than smelling coffee beans at Starbucks. 2) Fantastic customer service! Charlotte was very friendly, attentive, and speedy (I'm sorry, I lost the receipt so I can't submit the survey on it, but if I would I would give you 10/10!). 3) It was a meaty bone! Very high quality, perfect for soups and bean dishes. 4) Although I don't quite have the budget to purchase a full ham or any of their warm/ready to eat food, based on 1) and 3) I would still highly recommend any of their products!“

“We first visited The Terrace on Oct-17-2014. Got there around 6:00pm, while it was still daylight outside. Probably the worst thing I can say about the place was that it took 6 to 8 minutes before we were initially greeted outside; after that, literally everything was almost perfect. The wait staff was attentive and friendly, and the food (flatiron steak, salads, lobster spaghetti) was *outstanding* - I'm currently eating a small piece of leftover steak as I type this; steak is almost never very good when re-heated, but it's still juicy and flavorful. The atmosphere was top-notch, with a pleasant breeze, fireside seats, and an outstanding view. We will definitely be back, on special occasions. :-)“

“I've lived in Pacolet my whole life, and in that time, I personally have never had an issue with the food, service or really anything at this restaurant. The food is standard small diner affair, so hotdogs, hamburgers, chicken, and a flounder plate with quick service and a nice small town appeal. Nine times out of ten, if I do decide to go out to eat and I don't feel like dealing with the traffic or the commute to spartanburg, Gaffney, or union this is where I end up and I've yet to have a bad meal.“

“My wife and I stopped in for breakfast this morning. We were greeted at the door by the smiling face of Nickkia, who also became our waitress. Nickkia helped guide us through the menu and told us about the specials. We both decided on one of the 6.00 breakfast specials . The food came to the table quickly and was hot and delicious. Nickkia kept checking on us and did a great job taking care of us. The restaurant was super clean, service was outstanding, great prices and great food. Bravo IHOP, job well done! “I would like to say that I had an issue with a bartender one evening BUT Travis Donavan , manager, called me the very next day and gave me his full attention. This bar is one of Spartanburg’s most lovely settings in town and the food in restaurant is excellent. The staff has always been professional and friendly. Sometimes folks just have bad days…“

The handicap ramp is nearby to get onto the sidewalk if you need that.We come here almost weekly for brunch. Staff is efficient. They can make various coffee drinks. They take call in orders too.

Our Waitress Miriah was attentive, friendly, and professional. She was constantly aware of our needs. Our food was great. (Also the cook who made the Ranch dressing did an excellent job. This might sound strange, but that was the best I've ever tasted.) Thank you Applebees staff for making our special date a wonderful experience!
