“Honestly, I have never had a bad experience at a Zaxby's. Other than the occasional wrong order which is bound to happen anywhere. Food has always been good, never had an issue with getting food fixed that's wrong, pretty much always clean.“

“We have been coming to KFC for years and lately you’re not paying attention to what a customer orders. The last 3 times we were there when we got home we didn’t have what we ordered. Think we’re about done trying. Tonight I ordered two 3 piece wing dinners and instead of mashed potatoes and slaw we got cheese macaroni and French fries. Sort of a d*** error.“

“Had a great experience at the CFA in Greer SC it's usually swarmed with people but was unusually calm. Enjoyed a nice meal while working on my monthly budget. I ordered from the table using the CFA app so no waiting on line. food was delivered directly to my table not long after I placed the order. Highly recommend the CFA app makes ordering so efficient and pain free.“

“I've previously commented about the excellent food, atmosphere, and service provided, but now have more praise ! A recent takeout order wasnt the usual high quality (due to an equipment issue i found out later). When I commented on a survey stating the problem, I received a phone call from the OWNER ! He apologized, explained the issue, & then refunded our purchase with a gift card ! This is such an impressive and rare act of customer attention that I wanted to share. WE WILL CONTINUE TO ENJOY FLAVORSHACK & RECOMEND IT EVERY CHANCE WE GET ! Thanx !“
