“Staying across the street so after fishing all day was time to eat even though it was late they were still open and had several people still inside. Got the boiled peanuts and okra to snack on until the main course arrived. Got the shrimp boil. It was more food than expected but no complaints here. Only issue I would bring up is to turn the music down some. Speakers were behind us so every now and then we noticed how loud it actually was.

“I decided to come to this restaurant with my family during my vacation here. Our server, Deana, was absolutely wonderful and attentive. We ordered our food having high expectations because of the prices. As soon as we got our food, I was completely appalled at the canned green beans, especially considering it was the fresh vegetable of the day. Overall the food was very average and extremely overpriced and the canned green beans have caused me to never return. Do yourself a favor, bring your own sandwich from home and enjoy the dockside view.“

“Went to the beach to see the sunset tonight while celebrating the Xmas holiday in Edisto, which has become our family tradition. On a whim, stopped by Locals and ordered a cheese pie at the window. Drove around the island looking at the beautifully decorated homes and holiday lights, and then got a prompt text AND call 15 minutes later to let me know it was done. Picked it up and was even asked if it looked good to me and met expectations. It did! It was cooked perfectly, the crust was just enough thickness but not too dough-like, the cheese to sauce ratio was on point, and our family devoured it. No leftovers! 10/10 would recommend.“
