Michael, Travis, Megan and I believe Kristen . We’re all so amazing and friendly. We literally cancelled our reservations at another spot to come back for a second night. The food was so good and the oysters were fat and so fresh!! The drinks were absolutely perfect . The second night we came back they remembered our names and that it was my birthday!! That kind of service just doesn’t happen anymore and we were just so thankful. It truly felt like we were having dinner and drinks with family. We cannot wait to come back just to see y’all! “Fish Camp on 11th Street is putting out some great seafood! We found it through a TikTok review of the Beaufort area, and it did not disappoint. This place is huge with plenty of seating, so we did not have a problem finding a comfortable table on the screened-in porch. First off, we tried a couple cocktails - the Crab Punch and the Pineapple Mojito (both were excellent - the Mojito was very good blend of ingredients). Our server, Vanda, was super helpful in making a recommendation of a starter that was not on the menu - it was a shrimp/clam fritter with an amazing butter/tequila/lime dipping sauce - out of this world! For our main courses, I got the Shrimp & Polenta (cajun smoked ham, peppers, cheddar cheese, fried green tomato) - I highly recommend this dish. The cajun sauce was killer mixed with the polenta (grits). My wife got the Daufuskie Island Crab Cake meal (blue crab cake, sharp cheddar cheese polenta, mustard cream sauce, broccolini) - this entree was equally tasty with layers of flavors. Did I mention that our server Vanda was amazing, smiley, quick, and excellent at providing stellar recommendations? That young lady deserves a raise! Try this place, y'all!“

“They keep short opening hours so make sure you check before you go. Pizza was really good!! Had s meat lovers and it wasn't greasy then or when I warmed it up for breakfast. The road outside the door is under construction so parking is almost non existant. That seems like allot of negative issues but the pizza is worth the trouble and all 5 Starz.“

“We had a family occasion to visit Madison's a few weeks ago with a party of six. We had reservations and the meal had been planned for a while. When the food arrived, we (most of us) were astonished at the small size of a combination platter. I personally had scallops and flounder. I had two TINY strips of flounder, not even the size of a frozen fish stick. What a disappointment. The scallops were also 'marble' size. The price of the meal, with an adult beverage, was over 70.00. The cost nowhere represented what the meal should have been. One of our couples asked if the combination platter was enough to split. The server's answer was "they could eat one of them by themselves." This should have been our warning. Very disappointed in the meal. I have had appetizers larger the two tiny slices of flounder. We return to Beaufort on occasions, as family lives there, but we will NOT return to Madison's.“

“We visit this establishment every year while on vacation and it’s always delicious. However, this year the portion size was EXTREMELY small. I usually split an entree with my husband who is a big guy but luckily this year I ordered my own & glad I did. Another person in our party order a “side” of fried rice and her portion size was more than double the size of our entree’s. Otherwise the food is delicious.“

“Hello, we have had a standing Tuesday Taco outing on lady’s Island La Nopalera for a couple years with friends. And we go with family and friends many other times. What we have always appreciated that continues to bring us back is the happy friendly staff, great food with good portions and reasonable prices. Over the last few weeks we’ve noticed the wait staff are not as happy and overly tasked. Prices just went up but the food is still great with maybe reduced portions. I’m reviewing the restaurant out of concern. Please don’t let the past outstanding atmosphere of this greatly appreciated restaurant fall to the wayside. We’ve seen too many local restaurants fail and this one we just cannot lose.“

“Excellent food in a clean restaurant. I had the chicken fried chicken and it was great. The chicken had a crispy and flavorful crust and the mashed taters were creamy and delicious. Serving size was generous as well for the price. Everyone in our party enjoyed their food from ribs and wings to an awesome baked potato. Ample parking available. They have both indoor and outdoor seating. Service was good but a little slow and delayed but not terrible. I would return on my next visit to Beaufort.“

“Very positive experience. We ate on the outside porch on Friday evening. It was a beautiful nighttime view of the water & park, yet we stayed warm because of the overhead heat lamps. I had the fried pork wontons & my husband had the shrimp burger. Both were excellent. Our server suggested dessert - the fried cheesecake strawberry doughnut. It was so DELICIOUS!!!!!!!“

“Went here during the music festival. server was Rhee( not sure on the spelling). but she was fantastic, hgelping us and other patrons simultaneously. Repeatedly stopping by to check on us. Food was a little slow getting to us, but I overheard the bar employee tell another customer there was only 1 person in the kitchen. When the food did come out it was piping hot. I had the wings and cheese sticks and wife had the pot sticker and nachos, both were tasty. However, the highlight was Rhee's impeccable service. When I say she was multi-tasking, she was definitely on point. They seem to be short on help and have indoor and outdoor service facing the water. I didn't have a drink, so I can't help yall drinkers on that one. They were getting pack by the time we left and we eat early, so it had to be around 1 or 2 pm when we were there and the Music fest we'll definitely back for 2027 good Lord willing.“
