“Reservation was ready on time. Food was served hot and as requested. Waitress was polite and knowledgeable. Portions were worth the money overall. The only draw back was requesting side sauces , waiting for utensils that weren't brought out. The seafood trio was underwhelming. Seafood was prepared fresh and although battered was not dried out. “We had dinner at Perrone's Restaurant last night and every aspect of our meal was great. From friendly bartenders to attentive servers, we enjoyed our dinner thoroughly. We tried an octopus and a mussel appetizer, and both were flavorful and delicious. The mussel sauce in particular was so good, I could have sopped it up with an entire loaf of bread. Entrees were generous portions, and the chocolate cake for dessert was really good. If you are within an hour of this restaurant and have not tried it, you're missing one of the two or three best on the entire Grand Strand.“

“To make the Station a little less crowded, this local should give a bad review. However being a honest guy (ask my Mom) I don't lie.... Unless I'm sitting at the bar, a free fire zone and good beer prices. The locals have lived all around America and as in all bars are represented by to many 'guys' from Pittsburg. The good booze prices mellow them out however and I actually like some of em'. The food is solid and real all the way to the mashed potatoes but the fries are even better. You won't see any baskets hanging on the wall or things hanging from the ceiling. Go to MB for that. If you want good food, service and locals with 50 different accents and friendly, stop and see us. The station has a 1/2 wall to separate the bar from the dining room both sides are good. My VA and PA family like both rooms. * there is bad, ok and good rating I give. Bad is bad, ok is ok and good is great. I just love good food..... it don't get better.“

“I like stopping here for a quick bite or sometimes when the bridge is up I'll stop in and by the time the bridge is back down I'm out of there. I love the atmosphere and they have plenty of parking. Love this location, such a great spot. The burgers are delicious and I love having some peanuts 🥜 with my beer. The bartender Gracie is awesome and so are the other girls I've had when at the bar. An All-American menu of steak and smashed burgers, starters and shareables, salads and sandwiches, steaks and seafood, and desserts and drinks have you covered. From the 40’ red revolving guitar on top out front to the covered walls of one-of-a-kind original instruments and costumes of legends like Jimi Hendrix, Lady Gaga and James Brown to the drum chandelier and live stage, one is in for an experience. On this wintery Saturday afternoon seating was immediate in comfortable booths ringing the bar and empty stage, menus and drinks procured and our order of the Original Legendary Burger on its way. Our Original Legendary Burger came with a thick, hand pattied steak burger, strips of applewood bacon, two slices of Tillamook® cheddar cheese, a single crispy onion ring, fresh lettuce and tomato on a toasted Artisan bun. A good serving of crispy fries comes on the side. Wendy was our server and she was personable and efficient. Food presentation was simple with both quality and quantity. Burgers do run on the average of $20 and a single glass of soda comes in at $4 and no refill was offered. Large outdoor patio seating and the usual tourist gift shop welcomes the masses as they enter.

Two part, mix the you, pour on the salad yourself. You used to have to ask for the early bird menu, but now they just put it on the main menu.

However, service wasn't any slower than anywhere else we'd been. I had the chicken & shrimp pasta. It was huge! And sooo good! My husband ordered a mixed drink (I don't remember what it was called...purple something) & let's just say it was not weak.“

“I visited Kimbels for a wedding. The weather was fantastic and glad it was because the wedding was held on the bluffs. Such a beautiful setting. Appetizers were served to us by wandering waiters in an outside tent along with a bar and band. After the ceremony and wedding pix ... the people went inside where there were 4 food stations. So good. After we got our fill ... we went back outside under the tent to dance. It couldn't have been better!“

Scrambled eggs, bacon, sausage, pancakes, biscuits & gravy, cereal, yogurt! I gave atmosphere a 4 only because it doesn’t have that “beachy feel” but it was very clean. Highly recommend!“

Highly recommend the Honeybaked sandwich and the BBQ smoked stacker. If you think this is just "another sandwich shop" be sure to try their whole hams for the holidays. Will be returning!“
