“Lizard Thicket on Garners Ferry Rd. has the worst customer service I have never had in a drive thru. I have never had a window shut in my face when requesting extra butter, then when I get the butter it is thrown in my hand. Forest Drive is my restaurant but they are being remodeled 😭... “This review is specifically for the newer Redbank location. We had a late night concert Monday night at the White Knoll High School PAC center and decided afterwards to go to this location. We weren't aware that they closed at 9pm until after we were leaving. Most of our party arrived at 8:15pm but we had some stragglers that arrived at 8:40pm. The entire staff was soooooooo incredible and accommodating, everyone helping each other get drinks, refills, bread and food out soooooooo quickly. Not one time did we ever feel "rushed" or "hovered" over to "hurry up." Instead they just let us enjoy our dining experience! The food was fantastic, even at the end of the shift, it was still all so fresh and delicious! I think we wrapped up our bills at 9:30pm. We all thanked the servers and all the management staff for allowing us to stay and enjoy our meal and we humbly apologized to them honestly not knowing the time they closed. The manager reassured us it was no problem at all and asked us if we enjoyed everything, food, service and all. We enthusiastically replied YES! I just wanted to specifically shout out to the store and staff how wonderful our dining experience was. I'm sorry for posting a few days afterwards, but please know your team was phenomenal and it didn't go unnoticed. Ty so very much again!“

The wait staff is polite, informative, and give just the right amount of service... and not hovering. Each time we have eaten here, the manager checks in with us to make sure everything is as it should be. Perhaps it was the last time we ate here, I happened to forget an unusual drinking cup. I was totally surprised when today the waitress saw I had a similar one with me and inquired if I might have left one behind. They kept it safe for a few weeks and returned it to me! #10+ for that service!“

“I had lunch at your hey 76 location. The omelet served to me was overcooked with maybe a half teaspoon of tomatoes 2 sparse pieces of spinach. I could not find the avocado I ordered. I paid 10 dollars for a substandard meal at best. I will not eat there again“

“I’ve ordered from here a few times now. Staff are helpful and ordering is easy. Most of my orders have been fine with minimal complaints. This last time was a disappointment though. My sub was not made to order and I was missing 2 wings. I asked for no mustard and no onions and got both. It’s hard to return for a remake or to make a complaint when you are on a time limit for lunch so I was not able to get any mistakes corrected. Next time I’ll be sure to check the food harder when they show it to you when checking out.“

“Crowded college bar pretty much what I would expect in columbia. Service was actually really good considering the amount of people that were shoulder to shoulder on game Day weekend. Kudos to the servers for doing a great job and keeping everybody well lubricated“

Friendly bartenders, delicious bar food that comes out fast, decent prices for drinks, true dive atmosphere, great lighting, they have sports TVs if you’re into that, clean bathrooms, music is always good when Sam’s on but don’t tell him that. 5 pts bar so it can get very busy when the students are in town but if you squeeze in on a Friday night you’ll still get great service bc they are grateful you made it in too. You can tell this place has meant a lot to a lot of people over the years just by looking at all the framed pics and fan art. Used to be a late night spot too but have always felt safe and protected any time. Only bar I go to, can’t wait to go back. Whateva!“

I absolutely loved all the little details, from the walls to the ceilings, and even the back of the bar stools. Our waitress was very attentive and nice. Our appetizers were delicious, but the showstopper was our meal. My husband and I shared the ribeye with grilled mushrooms and onions. The sides we picked were a loaded baked potato and green beans with peppers—absolute perfection. My husband is a trucker, and we are constantly disappointed when we eat out. Not this time; we were blown away! The assistant manager, Dana, cooked our whole meal. She even came out to make sure our steak was to our liking, and boy, was it ever. I highly recommend this place. I hope Dana cooks your meal because she won't disappoint!“
