“This Subway is the best I have ever been to. The subs are about the same as every other Subway and the ingredients at this Subway are fresh. The reason it's the best is the people that own and operate it. They are so friendly and nice! I make it a point to go there when I'm heading to Kiwah Beach. Love it.“

“I had the most wonderful experience at this Subway (9/6, about 6:30pm) and that's saying something! I wish I had caught the employee's name, but she was quick, intuitive, and had a strong grasp of customer service! As she was a mom herself, she knew, without even me telling, which kid got which sandwich and made sure that we got what we all wanted. We shared a laugh or two, left with smiles, and went on with the night. This employee, who ever she is, is enough for me to come back time after time. Job well done!!!“

This isn't the place. If you want to push the limits of taste and pairings in the beloved format of a sandwich this is the guy. I can't describe the sandwiches he makes but i assure you that you've never had a better one. One man show and he is just the nicest guy you'll ever meet. Makes you feel like an old friend. Sandwiches are to go and maybe that's part of his vision. Take his masterpieces somewhere that you can relax and really try to understand what he has created. He sells out early so get there early. I can't rate higher than a 5 but this is truly sandwich art. Deserving of a 100/5“

He wasn’t able to eat the first one so I went back three days later to the same shop, and these same ladies gave me yet another cheese steak on the house! Love you guys we are coming back!“

“I like the Subway at Citadel Mall in West Ashley. They are a good Subway in just about every aspect and the location is perfect inside the mall, but still enclosed and separate from the food court area. They are consistent in their quality and sandwich artistry and I have always had excellent sandwiches every time that I have been here. The staff here is cool and listens well.“

Management needs to take a look at what they are doing SO RIGHT at this location and gave everybody a raise to retain this team.What a treat.“

“I usually don't have anything to say good when it comes down to subway but this subway definitely changes the narrative the subway worker who is female when approaching her I was sure it was going to be a bad customer service situation she had on shades and her face wasn't pleasant but when she started preparing our sandwiches the level of professionalism that was displayed was top tier she was definitely the true phase of don't judge a book but it's cover. She made those sandwiches with true love and you can tell she really enjoys her job . If all subways employees were like this they would definitely get better reviews . This young lady deserves a raise for sure my family member has been in the hospital for quite some time and to be honestly I only eat there when she works. Btw I believe her name is leslie.. as I call her the coolest subway worker with the shades“

“I have always liked this Subway location on McMillan Avenue in North Charleston as it is a reliable source for good sandwiches and cookies. This is one of the best places for lunch or snack in the immediate area around it. The staff here is very cool and works hard to make sure that you get your sandwiches made just how you want them. They are well worth a visit if you are hungry and need a well made sandwich.“

“New Years Eve 2024, came into this Jersey Mike's for my late birthday dinner. Ashley the sweet lady behind the counter helping us, was patience and kind. We have a large family and it can be difficult to get everyone ordered. She not only took time to answer our questions but she also gave advice. Great experience.. would definitely recommend.
