“We loved our breakfast at Lost Dog Café in Folly Beach! I had the biscuits and gravy with a side of cheesy grits — both were absolutely delicious and comforting. The kids got the happy pancakes, which were a huge hit and so fun with the fruit face design. My wife had the traditional breakfast, and everything came out hot, fresh, and perfectly cooked.

The cozy, laid-back atmosphere and friendly staff made it such an enjoyable start to the day. Definitely a must-visit breakfast spot when you’re in Folly Beach!“

The servers were quick, amiable, and amusing. They kept telling us that our table smelled good as they walked by. ☺️. The only problem is that this restaurant is about 4 hours from our home. Sigh.“

“What a fun time. We went on a mid-day afternoon and it was moderately busy. We found a spot at the bar right away. It has a great location just a few blocks from the beach.

The staff were very friendly and fun. Our bartender was a little on the sassy side but in a very fun way. She made it so much more fun.

After bar hopping a bit earlier, we needed a bite to eat. The bartender recommended the double cheeseburger. What a sloppy mess. It was fricking delicious. We needed several napkins.

She also recommended a frozen cocktail called the Eric Estrada. It was surprisingly good. It comes with an Eric Estrada napkin. Apparently, you can only get the napkin with the drink. It really was a fun touch.

“We were kid free and decided to hit this little pub up for dinner. The atmosphere is amazing! It's hard to believe this place exists in the strip that it's in! There were booths as well as high top tables and bar seating. Very eclectic but kinda felt like we were in a pub in Ireland! There were games available as well as a patio. We could've easily spent all evening here!
My husband had a Guinness and he says it was perfect. I had a house mule and the inhouse ginger beer was top notch! A little sweeter than expected, though maybe it was the simple syrup.
The food was a bit disappointing though. The croquettes that were on happy hour (4-5:30pm) were good!
I had the Reuben with Tots and it was decent, but the sauce it came with was spicy. I half wonder if I got the wrong sauce. The tots were pretty good, nice and crispy and the seasoning was good!
My husband had the fish n chips. The breading was crisp on the outside but soggy on the inside and slid right off the fish. The fish was very dry. The fries were the best part of this meal.“

“We stopped in since we drove past so many times before. Wow it was just wow it as just wonderful! The key lime pie was home made and melted in your mouth. “Woodys is one of our regular spots. The pizza is great but today I got the Goodfela which is essentially an Italian. You can get it cold or hot, I always get it hot/toasted. The staff from the servers, bartenders, and cooks are always on point. You can’t go wrong with Woodys.

Woody’s is still in our regular rotation. Caroline was working tonight and she always goes above and beyond to make sure everyone is well taken care of. She is the absolute best!“
