“I go to Firehouse subs in Azalea Square all the times. The employees there are alway very nice and polite. The food is amazing. I could there everyday. My whole family loves this place. I’ve also had the privilege to meet the owners which are just as amazing as the food and the employees. Would highly recommend this firehouse subs any day of day or week always worth it. I work at Eggs up grill so I’m in the restaurant business so I live good hospitality.❤️❤️❤️“

“The customer service provided by Russell and his team was phenomenal. I placed a large online order for a work function and chose for it to be delivered. Russ called me as the Uber Eats Direct system was putting a 3 hour timeline on it but he was able to do the order right then. I asked him to prepare it and I would either come get it myself or see if Uber Eats would update the system. Since the system did not update and would still wait the 2.5 hours to deliver, I went to pick it up myself. When i returned to the hotel to divvy out the order, we realized a sandwich was missing. I called the store to ask them prepare the missing sandwich as I was on my way to pick it up- they asked what hotel and Russ delivered it personally. Minus the UberEats merchant system issues, I appreciate the excellent customer service that Russ and the team provided me. Wonderful!“

“What is the point of placing and paying for your order online if you have to stand in line when you get there with everyone who is ordering in the store. Would it not make sense to be able to go straight to the pickup counter? That’s what every other food business does. Super annoying and will make sure I don’t go back. The whole reason for placing the order online is so you can stop by quickly and pickup....,not stand in line for an additional 10 minutes for the lunch rush.“

“I just want to give s shout out to the young man with glasses and I believe red hair and the young girl with dark hair and lip piercing they both were slammed with orders while the manager on duty was walking around doing nothing looking like she was miserable. The two that was working hard and as fast as they can deserve a raise and a new manager someone that actually cares about their employees and job.“

“Big communication issues with the girl at the counter. She didn't pay attention or remember anything well. I asked for a GF club sub and Club Supreme on herb bread. Next thing I know, she is making a Large club sub sandwich on herb bread. I asked her if that was mine. She said yes. I never asked for a large. She cut it in half. And asked what the GF one was. I said Club Sub. She said they're both club sub? I said no, the other one was supposed to be a club supreme, but don't worry about it now. The other guy made the GF sub and it was much smoother. Glad I didn't order ahead.“
