“I go to Firehouse subs in Azalea Square all the times. The employees there are alway very nice and polite. The food is amazing. I could there everyday. My whole family loves this place. I’ve also had the privilege to meet the owners which are just as amazing as the food and the employees. Would highly recommend this firehouse subs any day of day or week always worth it. “The customer service provided by Russell and his team was phenomenal. I placed a large online order for a work function and chose for it to be delivered. Russ called me as the Uber Eats Direct system was putting a 3 hour timeline on it but he was able to do the order right then. I asked him to prepare it and I would either come get it myself or see if Uber Eats would update the system. Since the system did not update and would still wait the 2.5 hours to deliver, I went to pick it up myself. When i returned to the hotel to divvy out the order, we realized a sandwich was missing. I called the store to ask them prepare the missing sandwich as I was on my way to pick it up- they asked what hotel and Russ delivered it personally. Minus the UberEats merchant system issues, I appreciate the excellent customer service that Russ and the team provided me. Wonderful!“

“The deli is like I was at Arthur Ave in the Bronx. Large assortment of cold cuts, sandwiches, entree meals and great looking pastries. I noticed some reviews about the wait on your order, but I realized that is because everything was made to order, fresh. So make you order, take a walk around beautiful downtown summerville until your order is ready (around 25-30 mins or so) and then eat in the park across the street. It was a great date afternoon for my wife and I.“

“What is the point of placing and paying for your order online if you have to stand in line when you get there with everyone who is ordering in the store. Would it not make sense to be able to go straight to the pickup counter? That’s what every other food business does. Super annoying and will make sure I don’t go back. The whole reason for placing the order online is so you can stop by quickly and pickup....,not stand in line for an additional 10 minutes for the lunch rush.“

“JM food is pretty much always good. Maybe slow down on how many different subs you have laid out before you ask next in line what they want. People behind the counter and the customers who ordered those seemed disorganized and confused. CARNES location. I normally use Azalea SQ.“

“First time for me eating at Jersey Mikes, and hubby wanted to try their new Gluten free sub since he has celiac. The staff behind the counter were friendly and worked quickly. He got a full sub and I got a half sub with chips and a drink, it was almost $40 😳. That was probably the most we’ve ever spent on sandwiches. My Italian sub was good, I love that they have the finely shredded lettuce and I enjoyed it. My husband sub was a bit dry and falling apart a bit because it was GF bread so we get it. We thought that the other half we ate later reheated tasted better because the bread stayed together and even tasted better and less dry.
For the price, I’m not sure if we would return but it was an overall a pleasant experience.“

“Big communication issues with the girl at the counter. She didn't pay attention or remember anything well. I asked for a GF club sub and Club Supreme on herb bread. Next thing I know, she is making a Large club sub sandwich on herb bread. I asked her if that was mine. She said yes. I never asked for a large. She cut it in half. And asked what the GF one was. I said Club Sub. She said they're both club sub? I said no, the other one was supposed to be a club supreme, but don't worry about it now. I told her what before and she finished the sandwich I asked her to put the bacon on. She said, didn't you say no bacon. No this is my first time mentioning bacon. The other guy made the GF sub and it was much smoother. Glad I didn't order ahead.“

“Typical Subway. The prices have increased since the last time I was there, but everything has, so . The menu has changed too. One thing I really do not like is, when you order a specifically named sandwich from their menu they ask you what you want on it. And then they have to look at the menu to make it. When I went this time, he still didn't put the correct items on it. The kids really liked the WARM footlong cookie!The restaurant was mostly clean. Crumbs on several tables from where people recently left.All the staff were friendly.

“My boyfriend and I come to this place at least once a week due to its proximity to work, and Charlie and his wife are always so courteous and professional in making the sandwiches. I’ve never waited more than 3 minutes to be helped and they really care about customer experience and getting your order right. Charlie always remembers my order and is very friendly. The food is always good. Definitely the best subway I’ve been to!“

The manager Alex took care of me. He was so nice and accommodating. The food is always delicious and we love going there every chance we get.
I’ve had sandwiches and salads.

“Hello, what can I say about McAlister's. This was my second time going in to eat here. They have a wide variety, I Love there Reuben sandwiches very good and is packed with meat. If you get a chance and want good food go in and check them out. The staff are awesome, being your food out to you. “All the staff members and customers were required to wear a mask. Also, some tables were left with no chairs to keep the social distance. The subway sandwiches were great , too. I do appreciate the warm welcoming and smiling faces. Thank you guys.“
