“Absolutely love it here the staff is always kind and welcoming. That said, they really need to get an air filter. The strong smell of smoke and grease makes it hard to stay inside for long or get any work done comfortably. It’s a great place otherwise, but the air quality definitely needs improvement.“

Gary and Kat's warm welcome and kindness were truly what made all the difference. I'm from NC and did not know there was a location there but I will look for it and anytime I'm in the area, I'll look forward to stopping here. He also made a white chocolate raspberry pastry sample and it was so good, that I forgot I ordered the coffee, 😂. Such a welcoming environment. “Best coffee in Charleston! It’s delicious, smooth and wakes you up! Many of the newer shops popping up have very bitter coffee. You can tell the coffee at cooper river is carefully sourced and the owner is very knowledgeable! When we go in, it’s one person making the drinks (owner?) and you can tell its quality over volume. 10/10 recommend!“

“My husband got the mint chocolate chip frappe and LOVED it! And he’s picky! I got the iced dirty chai tea latte with cold foam and I’ve had many before, and it was not great. Tasted like cinnamon watered down milk and didn’t get cold foam at all so wasn’t too thrilled given the price I paid for it.“

Alec brought over champagne, juices, and homemade treats (on the house!!) for us to celebrate. Seriously, so generous - we couldn’t stop talking about how nice it was. “I go to this Starbucks every morning since it opened- the amazing staff is what sets it apart from other locations. Despite how extraordinarily busy they always seem to be- the staff remains unwaveringly friendly, professional and always prepares my morning coffee quickly. Sky is a delight to see in the morning and always greets me warmly.“

“Ordered a Grande Salted Caramel Cream Cold Brew. The line wasn’t long, the wait wasn’t long, and was not expensive compared to other Starbucks I’ve been to. The drink came out with 3/4 foam on the top which was only 1/4 cold brew. Pretty lopsided for my taste and not what I would expect with the typical quality control of Starbucks drinks.“

“I always look forward to visiting Summit on Long Point! As a type one diabetic who also loves a fun tasty coffee it can be hard to find shops that will accommodate. Summit has always gone above and beyond to make sure I feel what I am consuming is safe as a diabetic and equally as yummy!
