The staff greeted people that walked in and were just so friendly. Alex even came out on the floor and asked us if we wanted some waters… amazing! Above and beyond! “I know in the past, that I’ve had a problem with my Starbucks Frappuccino being frozen. So, I didn’t go back there for a while and was almost convinced to myself to not go back there again. However this time I went here just to give it another shot to see if anything has changed since I was there last. I’m so thankful that it did, service was amazing ?. The Cashier was Amy she needs to be recognized for her excellence in fantastic service also explaining the difference between a Cameral Frappuccino and a Cameral Frappuccino Mocha. I thought all this time this was the same thing, but she said it was 2 different orders and it was no issue, she was extremely nice also polite. I ordered a Cameral Frappuccino, it was really good. Loved the flavor and how it tasted!! I’m happy to say that this Starbucks is back on track. I would like the owner and the Manager of this Starbucks to know about it including customers. Amy deserves a raise!! I don’t usually give people tips but this time I did because of Amy!!“

“Ordered a Grande Salted Caramel Cream Cold Brew. The line wasn’t long, the wait wasn’t long, and was not expensive compared to other Starbucks I’ve been to. The drink came out with 3/4 foam on the top which was only 1/4 cold brew. Pretty lopsided for my taste and not what I would expect with the typical quality control of Starbucks drinks.“

“The food is always prepared well and quickly and the staff is nice. It's amazing to see how they remember who you are once you come a few times. I love the variety of seating available. There are tables for two, four, and larger tables. There are also single seats in lounge chairs. The one area to improve would be the atmosphere as it often gets taken over by students from the nearby middle school in the afternoons. I get it, kids are customers too but boy can they be loud. :)“
