This Mellow Mushroom on this particular location is really nice! The ambiance inside is very roomy and relaxed. Perfect place to go after a day is sightseeing. “This is a jewel of Indian Food tucked away in North Charleston. We were a group of 8 and a few of us with very picky taste buds and the food we ordered was served perfect - temperature, taste, service - yep all three at one place. I wish we had this restaurant in our town.

The food we ordered was a mix of traditional vegetarian food - lentils and vegetables with Naan, garlic naan and aloo Parantha, soup, idli / sambhar and chicken biryani. We paid $100 for the food including 18% gratuity and taxes. The price in my perspective was reasonable.

The initial reaction when walking in the restaurant was not very encouraging, for a variety of reasons, which you will realize when you visit. However, it did not stop us from still trying the place out with pleasantly surprising experience.

Strongly recommend the place to anyone looking for Authentic Indian Restaurant with reasonable price and exceptional food quality and staff service. The looks are deceptive just have faith.“

“After trying to have brunch at The Great Harvest and terible service and tech issues caused us to cancel our order snd find somewhere else ASAP to eat before I went feral, we droce a couple of blocks and had a beer brunch here instead. I don't remember her name, but our swrver was very personable and patient with us as we were recovering from our near meltdown. She gave us samples. Another person working there kept coming by to heck on us as well. Food was good, staff was great - we were unfamiliar with this chain, but will now keep an eye out for it because of our server.

It is a sports bar, with lots of games playing - we weren't watching any of them, but it wasn't too loud. They have a screened patio too. Thry have a bunch of events, like trivia, karaoke, and live music - fun spot!“

“Just had lunch there with my friend. I had Shrimp Pad Thai and she had a chicken dish.
Both were amazing!! Portions are large enough to take some home! Our server, who I think may be the owner, could not have been more pleasant. It’s in a strip mall, So it doesn’t look like much from the outside, but there are some booths in the back .
On another note, the restroom was neat and clean.
If you’re in the mall shopping, I would recommend you give them a try… I’ll definitely be back!“

The waitress Savannah was lovely, we had a great conversation (glasses are the cutest,) with her … even when we forgot the steamed dumplings had pork *we do not eat* and we ordered/replaced with the stuffed shrimp. A1 I mean the flakiness was gorgeous, color and even the taste. The sauce was splendid, I got really excited lol I wanted to order more. Ok sorry. Our entrees were the sweet and sour (beef gf) and basil (beef gf.) I looooved the Basil, the juice and the amount was more than expected and after a long day of work it was filling. Of course you know they had the salad and the breadsticks and the soup and that's always good. I had a spicy dish of some sort and then added some sausage to it and it did not disappoint.
