And it wasn’t as expensive as we thought it was going to be. Staff was awesome too! Especially the first floor bartender. “Just so you're not surprised, this is the kind of place where you pick up your meat and take it home to keep warm/heat up and pair it with your own fixins' for a meal. If you get the ribs they are going to come rinds on, meat falling off the bone, lots of sauce. The sauce is the right amount of spicy for those who like spicy.”

“As it turns out this place is not a coffee joint as I'd hoped. It's a 50/50 of bar and Cafe. While disappointed we decided to see how it was as it is. We where too early for the crowd but the beers where cold with a basic selection that is sure to sell. The food was ok, it wasn't anything to write home about but filled the need to satisfy hunger.The building was small but had room to move about for when the crowd eventually started to gather.”

“I had the baby backs, collars, and Mac n cheese today. I'm not a fan of vinger base sauce but this sauce changed my thinking fast it's the bomb. Everything was outstanding the meat had smoke flavor all the way to the bone. I appreciate a good meal so go check them out it's worth the money.”

The desserts are unique and high quality, every meal I have tried has been amazing. My favorite right now is the Khao Soi with rice instead of noodles with a butterfly pea tea 🤤 I think the food is very child friendly unless you expect chicken nuggets at ethnic restaurants”

The person at the drive thu was kind and also spelled my name Emilua which was awesome, and made me laugh after a stressful day of moving. Everyone was kind and efficient. The Chick-fil-A in the town were were recently in staff were too busy talking to other staff, or over talking to customers so the food was always backed up and cold. Don't get me wrong, I am all about talking to customers but there is a point. Not this Chick-fil-A, the order comes out right away when or close to when it goes to the window, and is hot and ready. Thank you for making me laugh after a stressful day, I was full and happy. 😸”

I went to the location on yesterday and watch the girl who was working by herself wearing one glove, kept reusing the same glove after taking each customer payment. Then when putting more ice in the machine, she picked up the ice with her bare hand without washing them. There should multiple people there, that the person doing the payment transaction shouldn't have to be preparing the snowballs also. Especially with how Covid is still an issue. This location is really slow also because of them not enough people in there to keep the process flowing.”

He provided some of the best customer service I’ve had in a while.”

Friendly staff. Menu is easy to read with large print. Stocked options. Restaurant is clean. Location seems simple enough, I wasn’t in town long enough to get to know the area. Overall good first time visit to any firehouse subs. Sandwich came well packed in its own disposable dish, that’s a nice feature I wasn’t expecting.

Edit: I’m not a fan of the honey ham. I found the ham too sweet and downgraded the overall sandwich experience.
I also looked over the receipt and see I was charged $1.50 for a pickle spear, now I will say the pickle spear was unexpectedly more flavorful. The zest of garlic and pickling spices added a nice touch to the meal, but shame on the restaurant for charging $1.50 for a spear and not even letting the customer know there was an extra charge.
