“It is subway in a Walmart so you know what you are getting. Good food at a reasonable price. Usually just depends on the service. Sabastion was our server and he was exceptional. Professional, friendly and amusing. After a long day of driving, he made our day. Worked quickly and efficiently. It is so refreshing to see a young person working hard and enjoying what their doing. It may or may not be a fun job but you would have thought it was the best job in the world by his attitude. Whether it was true enjoyment or just great acting, he was making the best of it.“

“I’ve heard so much about Capriotti’s that I tried the one in Steele Creek! I’m glad I did! The tuna was amazing! I got the pickled peppers with oil and vinegar, lettuce, tomatoes onion, and pickles. The bread tasted FRESHLY baked and was SOFT! I ordered the small and was STUFFED! I asked for extra mayo, but it wasn’t in the bag. Ordered thru Door Dash.“

I just want to offer praise for the associates that work there. Not a giant staff, but they are trained well, offer good service and you can tell they have a system that’s working . “We always stop by when we are close to any Penn Station so in this case this was the one. We come for the delicious sandwiches and mostly for the fries. This location was friendly and fast. However they can do better to wipe down and clean the floors to the tables and chairs as they are sticky and dirty.“

“Jimmy John’s came THROUGH. I got the Chicken Bacon Ranch but swapped the chicken for turkey—and omg, 10/10 recommend. The turkey was fresh, the bacon was crispy, and the ranch? Literally elite. The bread was warm, fresh and so soft And of course, it was made freaky fast. Staff was super chill too.

“This is the location I prefer in RockHill. The order is alway right, staff is courteous, and the facility is clean.This evening I went in at 5 minutes to closing and was still greeted with a pleasant “Welcome to SubWay”.All of the staff I have had interaction with have been pleasant. The young man that waited on me the previous time (he was in training) and then tonight is especially polite. He is tall, slim, and wears glasses. I wish I had noticed his name. The server ID on the receipt says “Served by 8896”.Whoever the owner is would do well to have a store full of him, and his parents have every right be very proud.“

Not only is the food incredible but the staff is always top tier. A little pricey, but everything is pricey in this economy. Potbelly is well worth every penny. “I've been going there for multiple weeks and I will absolutely 100% tell you Swish and Jaymes have been the best customer support and customer assistance at this location. Swish is incredibly polite absolutely respectful and one of the funniest and best experiences we've had at Subway. He is never a dull moment no matter how tired he is. Jaymes as well is a great worker for this company as well for the location. He is a great worker himself and is also very kind and is non-judgmental no matter what kind of weird order you request just like my #1 swish favorite, I hope they keep up the good work and continue the kind of customer service they put out cuz its respected!“

“Best Subway around the area. Subs are loaded with toppings. Bread and toppings are very fresh. Fast and friendly service. From what I was told, only 2 employees are currently working here, the manager and 1 night shift.
We order dinner so have only had interaction with the night shift male employee., I can't remember his name, but he deserves a huge raise and a recurring bonus. Give him his own Subway franchise! He embodies what Subway is and stands for. You can tell he absolutely loves his job. Waiting for my order this evening, I as well as others witnessed him make 8 subs in 15 min. During the last month ordering at this location, after ordering at another one just down the road, this man can make a sub!

The person who worked on putting my sandwiches together was training someone at the same time.
