“I visited this location on recently and overheard one of the workers making monkey sounds towards a man in the lobby who was a person of color. I myself am a person of color and have previously had an amazing experience with another worker, Taylor, so I’m greatly confused how this establishment allows racism to be spread by others when there is already very few that actually treat customers humanely. The racist worker goes by the name of Silas. It’s so unfortunate that getting great food comes at the cost of the color of someone’s skin.“

“Enjoying a fantastic burger at the Arby’s in Seneca. The manager gave me a free cookie and apologized for having to wait for my food. Honestly I didn’t think I had to wait very long. There is a McDonald’s across the street and if I received a cookie every time I had to wait a loooooong time there I would be on the cast of “My 600lb. Life”. I will definitely be coming here to eat more often.“

“Don't really eat inside there often but the roast bee sandwiches speak for themselves... today's environmental fast food with the selections of your typical burger joints Arby's is so much better It's like eating a sandwich made it home
Kid-friendliness: about the kid friendliness I'm thinking of the menu items how easy it is to eat the french fries our favorite of my child and the mozzarella sticks and of course the chicken nuggets The sandwiches are very filling“

“It’s a pleasure to go thru the drive thru in the morning as I’m greeted by the charming and smiling staff, especially Stacia. She reminds my wife and I how this Hardee’s used to be prior to Covid. We’re very thankful for her hard work and she always brightens our stressful mornings.

“Good hot fresh food at a great price. Staff works extra hard to take your order and get food out quickly. No inside dining. The building could use a coat of paint.
Parking: No need for parking since restaurant is drive thru only.
Wheelchair accessibility: Nobody leaves their car so wheelchair access is same as for everybody.“

“The WWE Combo was excellent, I had the Chicken Sandwich with Cajun Fries combo, and it was excellent. Two reasons for the 4 stars: they forgot my receipt, and they forgot the 2 sausage biscuits that I ordered. I paid $24.80 for those items, and never got those biscuits.
Please don't forget those three items in the future.“

“Hardee's has the best breakfast of any fast food chain, in my opinion..And this Hardee's, I have came there several times now, getting food for my large family, and they have always got the order correct, and pretty quick, (my order is usually $35 to $45) and that's hard to find nowadays...I highly recommend their breakfast ?“

“My kids love going to this CFA. The playground is clean and the food is always fresh. With so many places closing their indoor play area, I'm thankful this site has kept theirs open. Yes, I've had to wait while it was being cleaned, but it's worth it to know they are keeping it clean. Thanks for making this a place I can consistently bring my family.“

“I like Hardee's food. Prices are getting too high though. Locally, Westminster's was the best, now not so much. I walked in and ordered a breakfast platter. I was the only person at the counter. The person taking my order spoke out my order to the preparer. Two others came in. They were served. Once again, the preparer was told of my order. Another person came in and was served. Again, they were told of my order. The preparer in the back pointed to his screen looking puzzled. The person who took my order then went to the back and prepared my breakfast platter. I worked in food service for many years in the past and am very familiar with their procedures. My order obviously did not show up on the preparer's screen, or in an effort to not appear slow, it was cleared from the screen, possibly by someone else. Fast food franchises are scored for efficiency by the amount of time the order stays on the preparers screen. One button push clears the oldest, (top), order. It is somewhat normal for the preparers to quickly look at the screen, press the button to clear the order, THEN prepare the food. This makes corporate believe that they have very fast service. If the button is pressed without everyone being aware, the preparer simply doesn't see it. Management is VERY aware of this practice. I know for a fact it happens in multiple local fast food restaurants. As a paying customer, I deserve my meal correct, hot, and on time. Very poor business practice folks. All that said, the gentleman who took my order was polite, on point, and followed up to ensure I was taken care of. He was great.“
