“12/31/25 - What a difference a year makes! My original review below was based on a horrible experience. Now, a year later, I can say this location has made a 360 turn for the better. I have no complaints! The food was hot and everything I ordered was better than I expected. I want to highlight the General Manager, Eric, who created an EXCEPTIONAL experience for this visit.
He was friendly, professional and greeted every guest! He walked around clearing tables, offering assistance to everyone present. Thank you, Eric! I will definitely be back.

When this location first opened, the food was amazing! The bread was fresh and the soups were always served hot. I recently visited this location and the ENTIRE experience was a huge disappointment. Ordered (2) Pick Two meals both had broccoli cheddar soup. My sandwich, a chicken frontega had an extremely small amount of chicken on it; more toppings than chicken. I took it to the counter to explain my issue with my sandwich and the manager was rude. The soup was ice cold, not even a little warm. When I explained my issue with the soup to her, she debated me about the temperature, accusing me of not coming to the counter to pick up our oder once we received notification that it was ready, which was not true. She later checked the temp with a thermometer and found that indeed it was not heating. She did not apologize, she offered a different soup as a replacement which was not good at all. Very unhappy with the entire experience. It's a shame, because I was rooting for this location, but I will not return.“

“Recently, during one of my press coverages, I had the chance to visit Waffle Taco. The food was absolutely delicious, a creative fusion of Latin and American flavors with a unique and playful touch. Everything was incredibly tasty, and the service was warm and welcoming. If you live in or are visiting Nashville, Tennessee, make sure to stop by, it’s a spot worth discovering. “Cute little cafe attached to Tempo hotel. It has an entrance to the street as well. We ordered the BL burrito and split it. The potatoes with it were amazing. They were hot and crispy. We liked the burrito, but we would’ve liked a little more flavor in the sauce, but I’m still giving it a five stars because it was hot and fresh!“

“I went to White Bison Coffee in 1101 Long Hollow Pike, Gallatin, and entered the drive thru, nobody was there, then I went inside and the lady was not wearing her earset to take drive thru orders so she was never aware that I was in the window waiting to make my order. She refused to serve me a coffee. When I asked for coffee, she pointed to another coffee station and said, " There is coffee too." Referring to the regular gas station self served coffees. She had no name Tag, so I couldn't identify her name. But she she had blond hair and a leg casket. Terrible service. The coffee ia good, the team members need training.“

“By far, this place is my favorite cafe. They have great coffee, books to read, a pool table, so many tables and couches to sit on. I can truly come here and hang out for hours. The service was also great and their lattes taste amazing. Parking is difficult to find.“
