“As a truck driver I eat a lot of different food across the country, especially Chinese.

Out of at least twenty different chinese food restaurants (probably much more), this is by far the best General Tso's chicken i've ever had!! Thank you!

The lobby is slightly cramped which is why I didn't get five stars there, but food is amazing!“

“i remember coming to this buffet when i was very young , coming back to it now older always makes me feel at home and nostalgic. not to mention the past three times i came, the lady at the desk always compliments me saying i’m pretty and makes me feel special. she a real one. one time , a couple weeks ago, me and my boyfriend came and not a lot of food was made since it was a slow night, she (the same gorgeous lady) personally told me she would make anything we wanted, which was very sweet of her. i always get string beans, broccoli, rice noodles, rice, spicy chicken and black pepper chicken. hits every time. food is fire. check it out!“

The food and soup were hot and handled with care. If you want to save about $15 compared to nearby Chinese restaurants, choose China House. You will not be disappointed!“

“Literally my favorite take out in Antioch/Nashville. Have been eating from China Spring for many years. I normally get the Family Special B - it comes with 3 generous portioned plates and 3 egg roles! The taste of their food is delicious, in my opinion. Any time we’re craving Asian food, China Spring is our go-to!“

“Look.....this isn't your fancy 195 items buffet. This is the 50-60 staples that you know. I like it because I can get the whole assortment of chicken dishes without having to cook them. Teriyaki chicken on a stick, Good. General Tso Chicken, Fair. Sweet and sour chicken, fair. Pepper chicken, fire. Honey chicken, fire. Chicken and broccoli, good. The fried rice is legit, not the yellow rice with half-cooked frozen vegetables and mini shrimp. Just teriyaki fried rice. good stuff. chinese donuts on point. now....they had peach cobbler...yall gotta work on that, need some cinnamon in there for sure and some more butter in the dough gonna make that topping fluffy. Didn't get a look at the sushi. The entire buffet has steam coming out of it, not sure how it can be called cold. At least 3 different cooks came out 10 times in half an hour. Replaced 10+ dishes. So refreshing at least 20% of the buffet every half hour. There's not a lot of people eating in but there's a ton of take out. People filling up them containers. With water it was $17, that's what you pay for one take-out general tso combo. get you some dragon phoenix.“

“This is a quick place to get quick snacks for the kids. The kids saw someone with the tanghulu so they must have one each as well. It was $8.20 for one tanghulu each. The tanghulu was already premade so she handed us after we paid for it within two minutes.

They also have boba tea and food. The prices seem a little high for the food received.“

“Traveling through and man will I tell you. This place is great. Super cool vibe when you walk in, everyone super friendly and man. Takeout portions are a hit or miss sometimes. If you get curry sometimes the sauce to meat ratio is out of wack. Here… it was perfect. Great portions on the curry and pad Thai. The spring rolls were great. Spice level is solid. I got the red curry hot. And for me, it’s perfect. And they have this hot sauce that they threw in the bag. Idk what it is but DAMN it’s good. Definitely will come back next time I’m in town.“

“This place rocks! We've been here a few times (always takeout) and it's by far the best Chinese we've had in TN so far! There's lots of good Thai, Indian, and Japanese food around us in Mt Juliet, but there's really not a good Chinese restaurant, which is a damn shame (we're transplants from the Northeast). We stumbled upon China Spring while driving around and this is now our go-to as the quality of the food is always top-notch. They have a standard menu, but the flavors are so much better here than anywhere else. It's a bit of a drive for us, but it's totally worth it and I highly recommend coming here if you're in the mood for some damn good Chinese food!“

Not too pleased with placing my card for payment in your hands and you placing it on the counter, where’s the mutual respect, not cool. They were friendly enough today (I got the sisters mixed up). The vegetable fried rice here is my fav in Nashville, no one and I mean no one does it better! And the soft fried teriyaki chicken is everything coming from a real fatty!! The portions are plentiful, the broccoli was not over cooked and the flavor of the dishes is simply delish. I am very big on customer service, but all things considered, especially in 2025, I will definitely be going back. Give them a try. The food does not disappoint.“

We very much appreciate the Family Meals of No 1 Chinese Restaurant. They have been an answer to prayer. I am physically impaired at the moment. The Family Meal to go from No. 1 Chinese Restaurant has always tasted good so far, has always been ready promptly, placed in sturdy containers & the portions generous. This has provided real problem solving for us. My 5 star review is based on VALUE as much as taste.“

“A good example of a great Panda Express it stays open really late and always serves hot food. I believe it's because they sell so much from walk-ins like me to DoorDash and Uber Eats. The food was fantastic and was very happy with everything I got! They have both authentic and americanized dishes to please all palates. We ordered an array of dishes and every single one was a banger! Beef tendon and shank, dumplings, mapo tofu, clams, pepper ribs, and stir fry beef. The shop itself was small quiet and cozy. The staff were super nice and checked up on you often. Will definitely be coming back.“

“New England transplants, this one’s for you. We recently moved from NH to TN and quickly realized Chinese food here hits differently. This spot is hands-down the closest we’ve found to back home.

Steak in a stick = beef teriyaki (a little well done, not chewy like back home), the rice is spot on, and the sweet and sour chicken is basically chicken fingers (more nugget-sized, but my kids were happy). The garlic chicken wings are just like Kowloon’s Saugus Wings.

“Went through drive thru, they were super nice and informed us of a possible wait time. We pulled up to the window quickly and were immediately handed our food, which was hot and great! They seemed busier than usual when I go, but actually the service was better than the last time I was there. Overall though I'm always happy with this location.“
