“The food was hot, fresh, and it got to me relatively quickly. However, the person working the window wasn't the friendliest. He read off a total, which I didn't fully hear, and after I handed him my card, I realized he was handing me the wrong order before I grabbed it. No big deal, he hadn't run my card yet. I let him know it wasn't the right thing, and his response, sarcastically, was "So you were just going to let me charge you $12 for a $5 order..." and just stared at me instead of just letting it be an oops and back to business. I acknowledged it was partially my fault and apologized, but he took no accountability for the fact that he wasn't paying attention. Again, it wasn't a big deal. I just wasn't a fan of being spoken to like that.“

“I understand they spend all day making basically the same burger, so when I come in and ask for a plain, it throws them off. 😂 So I'll just say it's great food and the staff is friendly. Also, I'd like to see better ingredients in everything. The tallow is an amazing start.

I told the lady that brought my order to me that I loved the costumes and I asked her to tell everyone that I thought they looked great. After she went back in everyone came to the window and waved at me 😆. I was so surprised and it made my heart happy!! I needed that so badly!! Great job everybody!!“

“I ordered grilled tilapia-baked potato. Tilapia was great but the baked potato looked & tasted like it was weeks old. It was cold & dark. Not fit to feed anyone.“

“I’m one of those people that rarely goes inside fast food restaurants anymore but I popped inside the Arby’s in Bartlett on Highway 64 today for lunch. This may be the cleanest quick service restaurant I have seen in years. Very quick service and the young lady behind the counter was exceptionally friendly. Outstanding. It’s good to see the Fast food industry being impressive once again. Great job Arby’s.“

“My new go-to place for a sandwich. Nice place and staff are OK. My only issue is that they break 2 pieces of bacon in half and put on your foot long. The lettuce is a little wilted.

“The food is always good here and fresh just be on time when your order is ready. PHILLIP accommodated me today with my order and helped me tremendously. Another reason to come back to this location besides the hospitality and kindness that they’ve always shown to me and my family.
