“We cook all of our burgers to the internal temperature of 165 degrees which is well done, but because we cook them on a smoker grill, they will still have a pink color, as smoking meats gives meat a pink color. I’m sorry you thought they were raw and threw them away. They were well done“

“I have followed this page for quite a few years though I live in Ohio. The Mayor of Putnam County Tn. made a mention in a post and I have hoped to give them a try. Other than cooking for myself (or my Grandma's cooking), this is hands down the best southern food I have had in years. The staff was very polite. “What a great Saturday lunch we have had with an amazing server Makal. Makal was very patient and polite with us on ordering since we had 3 littles, very helpful on helping get the kids what they wanted with the best deal and also he made a great suggestion on a barber shop to take my son to. Jason the manager came around making sure everything was going great. The food was very good at a reasonable price. We usually go to Olive Garden, but wanted a change and we will definitely be come back here.“

“It was our pleasure to dine at the Cookeville, TN Red Lobster at 1410 Interstate Dr. on December 12. Although it was our first time, our guest at the table is a repeat customer. Our Server Denise did an excellent job of taking our order and delivering our food in a timely manner. Butch, Sheila, and Flo (Leaders and Manager) were beyond helpful to us. Justin, our guest, ordered his favorite meal, which included an entire lobster. My husband and I didn’t know how to break down a whole lobster so at that point, the manager came over, sat at our table and assisted in the process! In all my years, I have never seen such personalized service and kindness shown to a customer that really was in need of assistance. I highly recommend that you take your family to this restaurant and see for yourself the outstanding service offered by this crew of people! The kindness shown to us was beyond hospitality! It certainly was more like family! We wish you and all your staff a wonderful new year! Thank you again!“

“11/09/25 Visted this beautiful spot as a reward after wonderful cold day out on the water. Fish and chips with a side of Mac N Cheese was exactly what this Georgia boy needed for his 5 and half hour drive home. The staff were warm and welcoming on a cold day! “Orders are done at a kiosk to the left as you come in. Luckily a patron told me what to do after standing near the dining area for awhile. There are cash only kiosks, but they are labeled. A ticket is supposed to be printed after paying. Nothing on the screen directs you to take the QR code ticket or where to find it. Confusing and again a patron helped.

The food was good, fresh, and hot. I ordered extra lettuce but only one leaf was on the sandwich. I'm not going to have it remade over less lettuce, wasteful.
The lady at the drink station was helpful in assisting using the QR codes to get your drink. I noticed there were many issues and she handled them.
Another employee was constantly cleaning the dining area. It looked great.“

“I was looking for a quick bite on my way home. After craving fish. Ordered. The two piece dinner with a beverage and a side. To my surprise the food came out immediately. Got my Dr Pepper fountain drink and plastic utensels. The place was clean and free of debri.lots of seating space. The table had paper towels on a rool. The fish was fairly large portions,average non greasy breading the fish was firm with no fishey odor. The side of coleslaw was also fresh with no old refrigerator smell. An added bonus was a hushpuppy and two small condiments of tarter sauce. The one thing they could do without was the left over fryer crunchy bits.under the fish.overall it was very tasty and filled me up for the ride home.“
