“Very lucky that I stumbled in to etc. Fortunately it was a Wednesday night and even though I didn't have a reservation, I was able to get seated. The old fashioned from the bar was perfectly mixed. Mehgyn was my server and she was excellent. I started with the beet salad that exceeded my expectations. The pineapple in the dish accented the golden roasted beets. The cashew crumble added the perfect amount of crunch for this dish. The dressing was not overpowering. Mehgyn recommended the pork katsu that I ordered. The pork was cooked to perfection. The orange gave a needed acidity to the dish. The miso grits were exceptional. I would definitely recommend this to anyone and would go back to try different selections.“

“We just celebrated our 28th wedding anniversary dinner on Friday evening. We were impressed from the moment we sat down at the table. Our main server was Demetrius and Bella was the one who cut our chops and explained about the chop as she did the cutting. Vernon was not our server yet stopped by a few times just to make sure all was well. Everyone who came to the table told us Happy Anniversary and to let them know if there is anything we needed. “It has been 3 years since I’ve had 5 daughters doughnuts since I happened upon them by chance the last time we visited Nashville. And ever since that first bite of the King Kong I’ve never stopped thinking about them. Every person who asks me about places to go to in Nashville I tell them to come here first and as many times as they can during their trip as the doughnuts are THAT good. Even my Lyft driver was envious he was dropping me off here. This site is a bit smaller but the quality is not diminished at all. I just tired the February seasonal Tiramisu and it was perfect! Espresso and chocolate dusted exterior and this pillowy airy chew with a rich cream inside. I don’t know how they do it but it’s always the best!“

“I stopped in for lunch at Thistle Farms and worked for a few hours while I was there. I'm not from the area, so I didn't know anything about the place. Not only was the chicken salad sandwich and pasta salad fresh and delicious, but the people were SO kind and attentive. I read more into their message, and I'm just so impressed. Give this place a try- there's so much variety on the menu they'll have something for everyone-- and there's even a little holistic shop attached with a wide variety of female forward brands and items. I will be in the area often for work, and this place will be a favorite for sure!“

“After a day of soccer, we found Scout's down the street from the fields. It's located in a cute town square area with a pond, swings, and grassy area for kids to play. We had a large group of 9 and they seated us right away. We chose to sit on the patio to enjoy the warm afternoon sun and breeze. It's a dog-friendly spot, and our kids loved petting the other guests' dogs (asking for permission of course). The inside is cute as well, but it would have been a little crowded with our larger party. But I could imagine hanging out with friends at the bar or on a date night with my wife. Scout's has a large and diverse menu, so everyone was able to order something to their taste. My son had a smash burger and appetizer of fries, cheese curds, poutine and bacon, my daughter had chicken tenders and Mac N Cheese, I had pizza, and my wife ordered taquitos. They also have a full bar and several craft beers to choose from. I had the Good People IPA, which is one of my faves. The service was excellent. Our server, Lauren, was friendly and attentive. Grabbed empty plates quickly, refilled waters & sodas without asking, and was ready to bring us the next round at just the right time.“
