There's two tomato sauces to choose from BOTH are excellent just ask for a sample of both. dinner crowd starts to pickup at 1730, & stays busy until about 8 then it dies off pretty quickly. “Friday night after a few drinks late night at some local bars and not wanting to drive far from our hotel, we ordered from here and LOVEDDDD it. Pizza was hot, fresh ingredients & we ate every single slice. To top it off they graciously added a 2 liter of sprite to our order that we didn't even order & let us use their restroom. That following Sat we decided to try something different on the menu & we still were more than happy. The small calzone was HUGE and full of ingredients but not too much. The cheesesteak hoagie was a great portion too. 4 people ate just those 2 things and we all we FULL! And again we were offered a free soda. We now all have this placed saved for our return to Nashville“

“Always a great meal here. We have have now tried all the pizzas on the menu in multiple visits but please don’t sleep on the Potato sfincione. It’s special, unique & worth the try!! And definitely our favorite. But the other dishes on the menu are great as well. It’s a bit small inside so always make a reservation. But otherwise a great atmosphere and a great addition to the Gulch“

“We were looking forward to Sinatra for several months. While near Nashville on a housesit we decided to dress up and have a great date night. We arrived dressed in clothing that fit their dress code - but noticed that not everyone got that memo. The service was okay- but cocktails were slow. Waited a long time for any that we ordered. The music was fun but hard to hear with the restaurant noise. The food was spectacular at every level- loved it all. There is a lot of “hype” about Sinatra's which may be a bit overdone. If you are going out and want a spectacular meal it's a great spot. Bar service needs work and ambiance could get a bit of a tweak.“

“I now select a restaurant by the creativity of the cocktail menu, because I know the food will match. I've yet to be disappointed. I stayed at a hotel within easy walking distance. I don't like to drink and drive. Chrysalis was excellent. They give you a small pencil and a separate menu to mark selections for a charcuterie board. Ben helped me the selections, and he was spot on.“

“I understand that because we did not have a "typical" party, that required special accommodations, the inexperienced hostesses were unsure what to do with our party and kept us waiting for over an hour while they sat other parties. Only after speaking to a manager were we sat right away, which left us confused as to why we had to wait that long and the room that seats 9 magically opened up for us which was what he made the reservation for but were told my hostess that they didn't have enough servers to seat us in that room.. there is more but I wrote a formal feedback on their website as I do not want to over share on google.“

“This is an amazing restaurant! Why four stars? Let me explain. If you love Italian food then you won't be disappointed. As a party of four we each sampled the others dishes. Amazing! The service was impeccable from the hostess to our server. The atmosphere was fantastic... On the outside. It was a perfect day with a breeze blowing and they have large umbrellas to shade the tables outside. The inside was a bit much for me. The tables were very close together and the noise a bit too much. Deduct a half star for that. It is a pricey place but it is Franklin. You can expect $24 per dish which I don't mind for really good food. However... $15 for one cocktail? Come on now. Deduct a half star for that. Four entrees, one appetizer, two cocktails and one desert... $186 before tip. Will I be back? Absolutely. Just not often but it is that good. By the way, the tiramisu is the best I've had and the calamari was cooked perfect.“

“North Italia was a hit for our Christmas meal. I did not want to spend half the day in the kitchen this year and wanted convenience and a great meal. I found the family pack to go meals while searching online and it’s a excellent deal. We chose the lagsagna family pack which included a large Ceasar salad, huge loaf of garlic bread, lasagna for 4 to 6 and tiramisu. We picked it up last night to heat and seve today. Bravo North Italia. This meal was absolutely delicious and there is plenty for 2 people to have for 3 nights. At the time of our purchase it was only $65.00 plus tax. We will do this again. Thanks again to the young lady that took my order and to the Manager Zane that called to confirm my order.“

The only thing that was disappointing was that when I paid the bill, I paid with cash, to avoid the added fee for using my debit card. I gave the waiter an extra $20 so that I would have enough for a tip. He was gone for several minutes and when he came back, I had the change from the bill and the $20 bill was still there. I asked him to make change so that I would be able to leave a proper tip. He told me that he was unable to, that it would be awhile because there wasn't enough cash to make change. This was very frustrating. Management needs to do a better job of assuring there is enough cash on hand so that their waitstaff can get the proper tip they earned.“

“Hands down the best all around dinner experience in Nashville. Presentation was off the charts! This was our first time visiting, they had a “Christmas Eve” menu which looked delicious but we came with our hearts set on the steak; no questions asked the kitchen was happy to adjust, we received the best steak we have tasted yet! The staff was beyond wonderful, the atmosphere was perfect. Love love loved Yolan; this will be a must have every time we visit Nashville! Thank you Yolan for the perfect Christmas Eve experience!“

“Have not been to an Olive Garden in at least a decade but went with a group of 26 people on Aug 18, 2024, 3:30 pm. Although I called the day before and spoke to a manager to alert them we were coming, he even took my name and phone number, when we arrived they had no clue we were coming. They only had 4 servers for the entire restaurant. I was not hopeful that this would go well. However, everyone lept into action getting us a table of 20 and one of 6. We had the best server Sophia. She was friendly and efficient and worked very hard to take care of our large group all by herself. 100% the best server I have ever had. I hope Olive Garden reads this and gives her an acknowledgment for her awesome service. Everyone enjoyed their food as well from soup and salad to breadsticks to the Tour of Italy and Shrimp Scampi and Eggplant Parmesan and much more. Of course, part of the reason the food tastes so good is the high sodium content and for this reason we do not frequent OG, but unfortunately that is true of the majority of restaurant chains. All in all it was a good experience and I would recommend it if you are looking for good food and great service (request Sophia!!) The restaurant was very clean as well.“

“Tried this place out for lunch today and were blown away by the service. The pizza was amazing. They made a mistake with our toppings, but kindly offered to remake our pizza AND let us keep the oops pizza. We opted just to keep the already made pizza and it was delicious. “This was one of our favorite places, but after our last visit, I'll have to think a bit more about if I want to come back and give it another chance, unfortunately. we booked our reservation on Google. and we're repeatedly told how shocked they were we had a 845pm reservation when they close at 9pm. they sat us in spite of the closing time, and we ordered quickly - knowing what we wanted already. their lasagna is my favorite. it's a nice sized square, filled with meat, cheese sauce and layers of pasta sheets. they plate it, top it with cheese and bake that. it's delightful. unfortunately, what they brought to me, wasn't a lasagna. it was filling covered with cheese and baked. no pasta layers. not at all. just a glob of filling. shaped into a square and baked with cheese over it, hiding the dirty little secret. look. I'd have rather been told "we are out of lasagna, sorry!" than given a fake lasagna. disappointing experience from a previously reliably delicious experience. and no, the pasta wasn't just "really thin" it was 100% absent.“
