“Wonderful visit for a birthday breakfast today! The service and food were both great. Pretty presentation, fresh, great flavor. Everyone at our table works in the restaurant industry and were thoroughly impressed which is hard to do! Love the old school feel with the bakery counters and kinds of baked goods offered. Their cakes are always A+ as well.“

“Excellent... spaghetti, & meatballs is AMAZING. There's two tomato sauces to choose from BOTH are excellent just ask for a sample of both. dinner crowd starts to pickup at 1730, & stays busy until about 8 then it dies off pretty quickly. The atmosphere is lovely, the interior is a simple, yet great design. Will definitely be back.“

“The manager was so helpful. My daughter’s rapid pickup was made the wrong size. She was feeling under the weather so I called to see if they could deliver the correct order to her. He was so apologetic & even though she had to run up to get it he had her order all ready & handed it directly to her. Those little gestures seem to have become the exception rather than the rule. Thank you Panera for getting my daughter a hot bowl of soup when she was sick??“

“Edited to update. I still love their products, but their packaging for delivery is seriously lacking! The bag should be stapled shut and drinks should be covered with a seal. Mine arrived with the bag open and a separate drink just setting unsealed on my porch. That is unacceptable and unsanitary I don’t feel these products are safe for us to consume now, and that’s a huge waste of money!!!“
