“I visited the Starbucks @ the Volunteer Pkwy location today Thurs. 07.25.2025.
I want start by saying that in my opinion ever since the covid pandemic I have felt that most restaurants (but not all) have really been lacking in several key areas when it comes to the customer service. It just seems that the care, drive and in some regards the dedication to make sure a good product is presented to the customer has been lost somewhere along the line.
But, today I saw a very refreshing change in my perception of that. They were 2 employees working today @ the Volunteer Pkwy location and in the midst of them both being completely slammed with customer orders and drive thru customers they both took the time to greet me and fulfill my requests and give great recommendations on new and upcoming products. Ive never been a huge fan or patron of any Starbucks locations. But after having such great service and experience from Caleb and Kaye @ this location I will definitely be making this Starbucks a top choice on my goto lists of restaurants in the Bristol area. Thank you again so very much and keep up the excellent work!!!😁“

“If you don’t do it for the coffee/teas, then please stop by for the staff! Every single member of this staff at the Steven’s Trail location is beyond wonderful and friendly. Silas is the burst of energy that us early coffee zombies need. He’s upbeat and positive every time I drive thru. His drink recommendations and spot on. I cannot recommend this location enough! I’ve never had a messed up drink nor a bad experience here. Props to all the employees here for keeping a positive attitude during these crazy times!!!!“

“Stopped here as a break from driving on vacation. Restrooms were clean and the men’s had a changing station. The fella that took our orders was patient and got everything all set. Will definitely come back next year while in the area. -Coffee was good too.“

This was their launch day for Christmas drinks and although it can be a stressful time, they were all so kind and patient!! “It is my first time stopping here as we just moved into town with the casino however I have to say my first visit will definitely not be the last. We wanted to order 5 dozen doughnuts and specified 3 dozen, the manager explained to me that he would have to make a few that we wanted but that it shouldn't take long. He was super nice and explained we could always call our order in ahead of time, and you could tell he wanted to take care of us as quickly as possible which means a lot. Also the little lady at the window was so cute and sweet. Both said thank you several times. As for the doughnuts they were absolutely delicious, some of the best we've ever had. We will definitely be getting doughnuts here in the future for our meetings.“

“Food was good at this location! The girl working was playing with her nose ring a lot when we were there. Looked like she was picking her nose... didn't go wash her hands after touching her nose! Our table had coffee or soda spots on it. The restroom was clean when we were there.“
