“The young lady who served us was very friendly and cared about the customer needs and wants. After all... the customer is the one paying the bill. The customer should be able to request toasted or not for their sandwich. If you've visited Subway recently, you know what I'm talking about ? but our server was on top of what we asked for and took care of us properly. My sandwich was one of the best as far as I can remember. ? I'm definitely going back again as long as I receive the service I received on this visit. Giving 2?

“I just wanted to say that my family has loved Jersey Mikes for YEARS it's definitely a household favorite, but after my pops passed it's been extremely hard to eat here. It's been about 4 years since I've ate here, I recently became pregnant and have craved nothing but Jersey Mike's, so I decided it was time to grab me a sub, I didn't realize how hard it would be to walk into the building but I did it anyway, as I'm trying not to cry, because of so many hormones and memories replaying, the entire crew consoled me, making me feel comfortable and acknowledged. None of which they ever had to do. They literally took the time out of their busy day to make me feel validated. And I would just like to say thank you! This speaks volumes of what kind of crew is at this specific location. They should most definitely also be valued as an important part of this team! And I hope each and everyone of these members have the greatest life <3 thank you! Also the sub was always a 10/10 absolutely delicious!“

“The people are good and the food us good. However 2 things (and this coming from a former Ops Director for a $4mil restaurant) 1) they NEVER staff very well. Always only 2 people working and when they get a bunch if online order it's boggs EVERYTHING down and you spend more time waiting. I end up leaving most of the time if there are more than 3 people ordering. And 2) they are out if some sort of ingredients all the time. Why? Probably bc short staffed and can't keep up with the prep work, cleaning, and serving customers. SUBWAY YOU NEED INVEST IN 1 MORE STAFF AT LEAST!! “Wanted to give thoughts as being from outside of Philadelphia PA, and knoing the Jersey Mike's up here and how good they are, this was the first experience with the one in Bristol, Friends of the family provided a catered hoagie order last weekend when my father passed. I will say that even with all those feelings, the hoagies absolutely matched the quality as to what they are here in Philly. The rolls were excellent, meats, cheeses, and having the lettuse/tomato/onion/peppers on the side was perfect. and A+++ rating from me. The lower ratings on service and atmosphere was because of not experiencing it myself. great job all“

“Ate the best pizza sub I ever had in my entire life here. The crew working here is small but hospitable. Come here eat and go on down the road. Quick and easy. Fresh and delicious.

“TESSA was a rockstar, she made sure to keep going with only 10 minutes left till close with a smile & good energy.
Satisfaction 100% I felt like I needed to leave her cash tip and 20% on the card. You don’t find people that actually will wanna talk most the time even when it’s almost time to close ( especially when you’re the only one there closing ) but my two friends I were all happy with our subs and I was happy she was able to close down shop right on time.

PAY TESSA MORE!!! She’s truly one you wanna keep. Especially in the days that everyone complains about not having loyal /hard workers. Treat the good ones you have with respect and kindness and see how much better your team can be. How much people will wanna work for you!! It doesn’t have to be a dog eat dog all the time. We are all just trying to survive and be happy in the crazy world we are in.
