“We have started utilizing this subway since the other rogersville location can not only get a single order correct, but has the audacity to threaten customers who call to ask for it to be made correctly!This location gas routinely made our order correctly ever since.Tonight however, we discovered after getting gome that one sandwich was made very wrong. Mistakes happen! No biggie right? But, it would have helped a great deal if instead of ignoring a ringing phone for 15 consecutive minutes, the workers could answer so that the sandwich could've been made when I came back & I might have been able to avoid waating another 15 min waiting for it to be made again. ?“
