“over all it was like taking me back 25 yrs ago when I worked at one don't put gobs of mayo,must in the middle I could not finish it. they got the fries back as long as they are served fresh business will come i will be going back“

“It was amazing! The service was amazing my cashier was marley. She was so sweet and she covered my meal when I was a dollar short! She offered so fast and did not hesitate. I got a walking taco and a quesadilla and it was hot and fresh! Would so come back again!“

“So I went two time hope that my time would get better well I can say it did so I went to burger king on 11/7/25 and the service was bad and very busy and you got one manager walks out and go smoke a cigarette while it's very busy leaving all her crew struggling, trying to get food out and then my food comes out cold then I go back in on 11/8/25 at night and the service was much better and my food was hot and they got a manager on night shift that makes you feel very important and she make sure when you're there you're happy about what you either order in the outcome her name was Candace I would say when I went in at lunch time on the 7th was very horrible I would pick dinner over lunch any day at this store once again thank you Candace for the very nice customer service and making sure me and my family was very happy“

“Great service in the bar. The guy who bartenders on the weekdayss is awesome.
Went in for the $15.99 all you can eat. The wings were ok but the riblets were awful and the shrimp was terrible. Complete waste of money. The riblets were probably one of the worst tasting food I have ever put in my mouth.“

“AMAZING!!! Haven’t been here in years… probably 10-15 years but we went today for the Big Buford special and let me tell you WE WILL BE BACK!! The burgers were hot and freshly made with good melty cheese and crisp fresh lettuce, pickles and onions!! Their French fries were deliciously seasoned so well ya don’t need ketchup!! Topped it all off with a Mayfield Milkshake that hit the spot!!! And the wonderful young lady at the window, I believe her name is Heather… was so patient and friendly and greeted us with a huge smile!!! If you haven’t given them a try I promise you won’t go wrong!!!“

“Just wow! My family of 6 arrived for a late night snack around 9pm. We walked into a very clean and quiet restaurant and were immediately greeted by a smiling face, Amanda. She quickly answered any and all questions we had, and playfully interacted with my tiny humans. We had no more than finished our order and our treats were already coming out. Infact, the last of our order arrived just as we finished paying. My tiniest human made a mess with his ice cream on the window and we tried our best to clean it up. We let Amanda know on our way out and apologized and she told us not to worry about it and she totally understood. My family has lived in Cleveland for a few years now and we hadn't gotten to DQ yet. I'm so glad we stopped by and can say we will be back quickly. The sweet treats hit the spot and the customer service was even sweeter.
*I would like to note the drive through was pretty active the whole time and others did come in after us. I'm not sure how many workers were there but the staff was efficient at filling orders quickly.“

“Got my food pretty fast. I do not usually buy from Wendy's so I was nicely surprised when the food and drinks came back so good and it was for a pretty good price. Also it was very quiet and clean so I dined in even though I do not usually do so.“

“Hardee’s biscuit and gravy is my favorite biscuit and gravy. They make it just right, with the rare exception. The young guy at the window was really friendly and polite. I asked for an extra bag for one of the biscuits and gravy and he actually bagged it for me instead of handing me the extra bag like some people do when I forget to ask first. Thanks Hardee’s!“
