“We ordered for delivery (against our better judgement). We didn't receive tortillas for an order of fajitas. Called the restaurant and got hung up on 3 times. Called DoorDash and tried to resolve it and THEY HUNG UP ON THEM TWICE. I have screen caps of this. My daughter's quesadilla gave her cramps until 4am and my chicken seemed like it was boiled. In liquid distilled from sadness. But with less seasoning. Life is too short to deal with crap like this. Cook at home, people. It's better for you and way less frustrating.“

“I really like this place. but i must express myself when I say check your order. passing through from Chattanooga living in rocky face it's a long drive just to pick up a side order. when you pay 30$ for 8pc chicken fingers and two sides get it rite. 6yr old and a 1yr old don't eat cold slaw when they wanted Mac and cheese.... Come on boys yall do better. it's my fault because I didn't check my order. but after working along day and hungry kids it slipped my mind. for what we pay for food. it better be rite. again people check your order before living especially when you live 20mins away“

“This had to be the best order I've received from pizza hut! I called and requested a modifier to my order that was not available through the app and spoke to management directly he was a pleasure to speak with and as stated best one I've had in years from here! When food arrived it was hot and so delicious we all sat and bragged about it. I don't know what changed but it sure is for the best! Keep up the good work! Will be by to drop off extra tip for my driver he was so patient and polite given he was texting me for 4 minutes trying to get gate code, before I realized my phone was on sleep mode. For a superb pie, you gotta ditch the chain! The seasoning ratio defines a sauce! Nothing surpasses fresh dough. You can savor the blend of every fresh morsel with every bite! Even the crust tasted good! Don't pass this place by! This is the best pizza my husband & I have had in probably 30 years! We have been in the area 3 days. so far this is the first eatery we have said we would go again! Try it out!“

“My family was in town for a burial of our loved one. We stopped at Pizza Hut after. There was 20 plus of us. The waitress, Kelly, was very accommodating for all of us. She went above and beyond to meet our thirsty requests and arranged the dinner room to fit us all so we could sit together. Our pizza was delicious and fast. Strongly recommend“
