“This is a very busy place, so expect a wait. They serve food (fried food, burgers, etc.), and it was standard, but the extensive and unique ice cream selection make this place special. Our party had caramel, peanut butter, and German chocolate soft serve. The ice cream was delicious!“

He has a smile on his face and was so pleasant unlike other restaurants you encounter. It was a pleasure to be helped by Aiden. Give him a raise. “Please train your order takers the difference between the veggie wrap and the other wraps every time I specifically order the southwest veggie wrap I still get one of the other 2 wraps with chicken on it. The price difference isn't that big but it does get frustrating having to check then wait while they fix it every single time. I get charged the higher price too for the chicken wraps according to the receipt so it's not the kitchen they're just filling the order they got it's always whoever I order with. At this point I'm thinking they have no idea there's a veggie wrap on the menu“

“I’ve never eaten at a firehouse subs before and was nervous about trying a new place. Luckily I chose this location and it was a fairly straightforward process. The employees working at the time of my visit were friendly, polite and efficient. When I got my meal I was missing an item and when I brought it to their attention they immediately fixed it. The environment was clean and peaceful.“

“A good place to get fish. I waited and no one took my order. They served my mom when she came in. They are catering to senior citizens. No problem. There are new staff. I used buy the family meal for family all the time, before the price went up. I'm giving for stars for overall and the food being fresh and hot in temperature each visit.“

“Arby's #0086 Collierville, TN As I walked in to the restaurant it look very clean and inviting. There were people in the line in front of me and you could hear the cashier Kayla saying something nice. You could actually hear the genuineness of her greeting in her voice. As I approached the counter, when it was my turn, she had a very pleasant smile and greeted me. She was very attentive and listened to my order then thanked me. I actually asked her if she was new there, because normally new employees are excited and do a great job for a while. She stated she had actually been there almost a year. It was about 12:30 in the afternoon, they had a pretty full restaurant, the restaurant was clean, the manager, Tamara, was online making sure the flow was good for drive and front counter. Everyone working seamed to be really relaxed, doing their job and not playing around. The store was running like a well-oiled machine it is very evident that you have a great day crew and leadership is strong in this store. Great job to whole team, but kudos to Tamara and Kayla!“

“Tried the new big dill smasher meal, burger was good. tots were ok, regular tots with dill pickle seasoning. The dill slush was ok, the dill flavor was a little too strong for me. Overall it was worth trying, I would eat the burger and tots again and just get a different drink!“

“I took my son to eat at this Subway after a Briarcrest basketball game. Several of his teammates met us there as well. When we walked in the manager, as well as the lady checking customers out, welcomed us. The manager seemed to know everyone that came in, kids to adults. It was like the Subway version of Cheers. I even ordered cookies for all my son's friends and then promptly fumbled them onto the floor worse than an Ole Miss football player. The manager said "I got you" and replaced them for the boys no questions asked. Basically the manger is him. I shall return.“

I get the classic but the meat is shaved just right, toppings are fresh and the bread is delicious. Super quick ordering on app and pickup. Just wish they had a drive up window at this location.
