“Contrary to some surprisingly negative reviews, I do like this place very much. I’m a lifelong Pennsylvanian and my fiancée is a lifelong Tennesseean. We were in town visiting her family this week as we both live up north now. The burgers were excellent, the service was acceptable, place was clean, prices were reasonable. I’ll be back when we come back to visit family again. I’m a fan of this place!“

“We tried out this restaurant for the first time, though have driven by many a time. Parking lot usually full which is a good sign. Not very busy on the Tuesday we went. Service was outstanding but not bothersome and I tipped accordingly. We both had steaks with sides and salads. Steaks were cooked exactly correct (AND IM PICKY ABOUT THIS). Hers was seasoned correctly but mine a little too salty, might have been the marinade. Very large menu and we will definitely try more items. We spoke to other diners at next table who are regulars here. They said they are never disappointed. A very pleasant experience as other restaurants in this area are inconsistent with service and cooking abilities. Save me a seat at this place.“

“This is one of my all time favorite places to eat!! The service and atmosphere is great. They are extremely kind and courteous. Pete’s Place has the absolute best steak I’ve ever had in my life and I’ve ate steak from KY to California! If you’re ever within 200 miles, this place is a must!!“

“The food was amazing. Their portions did not disappoint and honestly my burger surprised me with how tall it was. I got the Kane burger which was so spicy I loved it. My girlfriend got a mushroom and Swiss and honestly it was such a juicy burger. I also got wings and asked the waitress if if should get dry rub bbq or bbq wings, which she recommended the dry rub. It did not disappoint, I’m only disappointed I didn’t have enough room to finish everything. Topped it off with a happy tracks milkshake which was very delicious.“

“We just went for the Fri night fish fry and we LOVED the catfish. The crinkle fries, slaw and hushpuppies were also good. It was packed with people and I thought they handled the crowd pretty well considering it was just their second time for this.“

“My 1st time at a O’Charleys. We went to the one at South Mall Rd. In Knoxville Tn. The 4 of us all enjoyed our food.Lots of flavor & served hot !! The server Jodie was sweet & on the ball, we never had to ask for any refills, she was there doing it & so friendly..The hostess was very friendly & had the biggest smile & greeted everyone like she was your best friend..The manager was very friendly too. We will definitely go back ASAP .“

“I work here atm lol come down and see me I work 2nds and some thirds and I'll make sure the service is great!! I recommend any hrs to go tho because all the cooks we have are amazing and the food comes out amazing whether I work here or not I'll always Come and eat at the halls location!!! “I ate at the Lenoir City location earlier today for lunch. I had the pork dinner and everything was good except the French fries. They were severely under cooked. They should encourage the staff to use a timer for the fryer and even test them before serving them. Today was disappointing.“

I am in about twice a month or so to purchase ham and smoked turkey and rum cakes .
