“We were delighted with the great service and excellent quality of our double cheeseburgers, fries, and small Blizzards. When craving a cheeseburger & shake our go-to was Steak & Shake in Turkey Creek until they permanently closed in October 2024. No question that our new go-to will be DQ.

“So today was my first time coming here and I have to say everything was really good! I tried the Oreo Mud pie and I got the small size and it was still very filling, The Oreo crumbles is what made it really good! The customer service is really good as well and the cashier was very nice. It’s a cute little stop in if you want some good Ice cream or Gelati.

“Amazing cookies, oh my god. Simple kiosk ordering system. You order, the workers package it, and confirm the order when handing it to you.

My wife and I ordered chocolate chip, pink frosted, coconut cream pie, and chocolate milkshake, and every one was delicious! My personal favorite was definitely the pink frosted. It was warm and buttery and soft and just delicious! The chocolate milkshake was great as well.

A little expensive in my opinion but definitely quality cookies. About $20 for 4 after a $3 tip.“

“First off customer service amazing, chill environment, and friendly.. was served with an item missing and the lady knew immediately upon looking at me and fixed it without question. Everything we ordered tasted amazing and great quality for the price and I cannot express how fast we got our food after placing the order highly recommend the hot dog with bbq add cole slaw 🤌🤌 chicken tenders were tasty also!! But everything was pretty good overall definitely coming back.“

“I go to this Baskin-Robins every time I visit Lenoir City. I got a turtle cappuccino blast with praline ice cream the last time I went, and it was amazing.
The staff is always patient and helpful. The bathrooms are clean. The gas station has an abundance of varieties of food and drinks. For the last 5 years, I've been visiting this place, and I've always been happy with the overall service.“

But having missed the classic TCBY from the 90s it was so nice to have customer service from the bbq/TCBY staff that felt as good as back in the 90s when people cared about people. “I wanted a banana split last week and decided to try this Baskin Robbins.Let me tell y’all I was not disappointed.A young gentleman waited on me and when he handed it to me I was shocked at how huge it was.The price was super reasonable and the quality was on point.I love seeing young people with such great customer service skills.“

“I have never had such a positive experience in the mall as I did while getting ice cream with my mother and son. Nate so has not gone unmentioned from other reviews I can see makes this establishment what it is! His personality alone could sell a scoop, but he went out of his way to offer my son gummie bears since he wasn’t sure about the ice cream and was interacting with him the whole time. Customer service is so black and white these days but he surely put some color into our day! I’m not sure if these reflect on him but I sure do hope someone above him sees these and gives him the recognition he deserves!“

“My family and I just had our first visit here to get some ice cream. The two young gentlemen that helped us were so Kind and helpful. I have to be honest the ice cream itself could have been better but we will probably be back because of their hospitality.“

“We had the new Hawaian Shirmp Appetizer which was great if you like pineapple I would definitely recommend. Had a pastor meat sope and some barbacoa tacos. They only have barbacoa on weekends and it’s definitely worth the wait to Saturday and Sunday.
The service is great, our waiter Evila is super nice and helpful when ordering.
