“You are a coffee conissuer or you would not be looking at this review. In this day and age of pop up coffee places all over the place charging $7-10 for a drink filled with sugar and syrup, with a splash of coffee, make the best decision you will make today and go to this establishment, you will not be disappointed. Might I suggest you try the bootlegger, If it sounds good, because IT IS!

“We planned a coffee girlie friend date Saturday morning and what a great experience it was!! Customer service was top tier, the food was great, and our coffee treats were amazing!!! We also purchased a few of your blends. We loved your place Keith and my cousin Loretha crocheted you a hat to match the colors of your new coffee shop! We were hoping you’d be there to receive it personally, but you weren’t there that day. We left the hat with your team lead. “I’ve never felt more comfortable at a Starbucks before. The man at the pickup was incredibly directly kind and totally full of love in how he spoke and interacted-because I was unaware of their new policy, he politely informed me. When I got to the window, he jokingly threw a straw behind him when I declined one. FUNNY. He exceeded expectations and it was honestly shocking in how friendly the service was.

“Fika is an absolute gem. Don’t look any further for your favorite brunch place. Complete with beautiful outdoor space and a lovely indoors, you will enjoy Fika, however your journey leads you here. We came for a brunch with the girls Sunday afternoon and could not have had a better experience. The owner, Debbie, and her daughter Shayna, and their team treated us with true kindness, and it is evident they take pride providing people with delicious food and a truly memorable time. The food and beverages are exceptional, but it is the people that will bring us back. Thank you!“

“I enjoyed visiting this cute little place. You can watch them make the donuts through a mini fryer. I tried the maple drizzle on top but I think the donuts on their own were nicely sweetened. I was surprised at how light they were inside and perfectly crunchy outside. I’m so glad I stopped by! So good.“

It’s a bit small so while I pop in every now and then for some quick fuel, I don’t work from here often as I don’t want to take up one of the limited tables even though they have plenty of outlets. Also, if it’s busy during peak hours, you could wait a bit for your drink(s) to be made. Today, I got a chocolate chip scone along with the Iced Bootlegger which is a latte made with homemade caramel bourbon syrup. They also have a decent rewards program.“

Biscuit Love Franklin is so much more than just great food it’s the kind of place that makes you feel genuinely welcome. A big reason for that is the amazing manager, Noing (pronounced like “Noi-ng”). She’s originally from Thailand, and her name might even reflect her sweet, petite presence “Noi” in Thai means “small,” and it fits her perfectly in the most endearing way.
From the moment you walk in, she greets you with the warmest smile and treats you like you’re family. Even during the busiest rush, she’s incredibly efficient in the kitchen, yet somehow still finds time to connect with people on a personal level. It feels like walking into your grandmother’s house the food is comforting, and the hospitality is from the heart.
The entire staff is friendly and helpful, and the food is consistently outstanding. They also offer a military discount, which is a huge plus and deeply appreciated by the veteran community. If you're in Franklin, this is a must-visit especially for anyone who could use a little extra kindness with their biscuits.“
