“Hanks coffee station is amazing. I’m not a coffee shop person and I really enjoy coming here. The atmosphere is extremely welcoming and lacks any sense of pretentiousness from the staff or the patrons. Ownership is on site and involved giving them a very local feel. Highly recommend.“

“Really great coffee! I tasted the quality difference from other places I frequent. The service was so top notch. The baristas were super friendly and patient. I also felt the prices were relatively cheap compared to other places where I've ordered the same thing. Everything was clean and the atmosphere was very contemporary. My only gripe was the parking situation was a little inconvenient. It was a little odd for parking. Not a deal breaker though. If you're a little bit of a coffee snob, you'll be pleasantly surprised.“

“We stopped at Biscuit Love while traveling through Franklin, and it was such a great experience! The vibe is adorable bright, cozy, and so welcoming. I ordered an omelet and it was delicious, super fresh, and perfectly cooked. My husband had the biscuits and gravy and absolutely loved it. Everything came out fast, the staff was kind, and the whole place just felt like a little Southern treat on our trip. Definitely worth a stop if you’re in the area! 💛🍳🥞“

“I enjoyed visiting this cute little place. You can watch them make the donuts through a mini fryer. I tried the maple drizzle on top but I think the donuts on their own were nicely sweetened. I was surprised at how light they were inside and perfectly crunchy outside. I’m so glad I stopped by! So good.“
“Best beer in the COUNTRY (at least in ten states). They will KNOCK YOUR SOCKS OFF! Went NYE for the Balloon Drop with on a family Christmas trip, BEER REFINED. Staff is amazing, friendly even for Tennessee. Fast service with smiles for miles. Must go for any beer or cider fanatic, especially the Michigan microbrewery enthusiast. The art is not lost.“

“Excellent breakfast spot in Franklin. We had breakfast tacos and an omelette which were both delicious. The sides of hashbrowns and toast were excellent. Would highly recommend coming here if you’re looking for a chill spot with great breakfast in Franklin.“

“My friend Michelle and I had such a wonderful experience at Just Love Coffee this Sunday afternoon! The two workers (a man and a woman) went above and beyond to make us feel welcome — their kindness really stood out. The avocado toast was absolutely amazing, and our drinks were made with so much love and care. Everything about the visit felt genuine and relaxed. We’ll definitely be coming back for more coffee soon!“

“I'm in town from New Hampshire for break to visit family and I've been to this Starbucks a few times in the last week or so and have had an amazing experience each time.
In the morning the wait in the Drive Thru can definitely be long, but I've had pleasant conversations with the people manning the window, including a girl with really cool pink/purple hair and a taller gentleman with a buzzcut. The wait barely felt like anything since they were so welcoming, and my drink was made perfectly.
The cafe itself is tidy and more spacious than a lot of Starbucks I've been to and it was nice to have somewhere to relax and study without being squished right next to a bunch of strangers. The young woman who took my order in the evening complimented me on my makeup and we had a brief conversation about brands that we like.
Overall I would say this is one of the better Starbucks I've been to and they definitely have a well-oiled machine and a team full of great people. I think I'll miss it when I go back home.“

“We found this place while walking the cemetery next door and after not wanting to wait in line at the farmers market for donuts. With donuts on the mind and a cup of coffee in hand, we decided to check it out. The ladies working were really nice and it’s something about the tiny forks they give you with the box of donuts that made the meal. They were more like funnel cakes than donuts but hit the spot none the less. The “generous dozen” was more than enough to share with two people.“

“The best coffee shop in Franklin, bar none. The sign of any good business is when the owner is always in there working just as hard as his employees, and Mr. Art exceeds that and then some. Iced Cuban is the best in the area. Pastries and breakfast tacos are A+, staff is so friendly that they’ll know you by name within a few visits, and the atmosphere is clean and relaxing with an easy to access/park location. Skip the Starbucks out front and take the few minutes to walk into Mr. Art’s—it’s worth it!!“
