“I couldn't wait to order the gingerbread latte. I wait all year for this coffee. I love coffee all year, but Starbucks has the best gingerbread coffee drinks!

Although they are always busy. The service is fast and friendly.“

“I'm in town from New Hampshire for break to visit family and I've been to this Starbucks a few times in the last week or so and have had an amazing experience each time.

In the morning the wait in the Drive Thru can definitely be long, but I've had pleasant conversations with the people manning the window, including a girl with really cool pink/purple hair and a taller gentleman with a buzzcut. The wait barely felt like anything since they were so welcoming, and my drink was made perfectly.

The cafe itself is tidy and more spacious than a lot of Starbucks I've been to and it was nice to have somewhere to relax and study without being squished right next to a bunch of strangers. The young woman who took my order in the evening complimented me on my makeup and we had a brief conversation about brands that we like.

Overall I would say this is one of the better Starbucks I've been to and they definitely have a well-oiled machine and a team full of great people. I think I'll miss it when I go back home.“

“This Starbucks is in such a charming location! It's always fun to see historical buildings being utilized in a way that retains their original aesthetics.

I popped in to get a hot chocolate while ai was walking around downtown with my family and everyone here was super sweet! My drink came out very fast and was perfect for warming up on a cold day. This Starbucks definitely met all of my expectations and is honestly such an adorable little store.“

“I can’t say enough good things about this Starbucks. I work in the mall, and their efficiency has always blown me away. They can have an entire room full of people and still greet me with a smile. Today I was in and out in 15 minutes which was crazy because I saw them pump out at least 5 drinks every ten minutes. Their customer service is always amazing. Our staff highly appreciates them being so close and all they do!!!! Shout out to the employee with the man bun working today… I don’t know your name but you dealt with my lack of knowledge on the drink I was ordering for my coworker so kindly.“

“Got my morning Latte via the Starbucks app, and was generally glad! Like most Starbucks the morning drive time is intense at this location, but getting in front of the line is not difficult with the mobile order. \n\nI've learned, however, to check the order and not just run in, pick up and dash! Getting a drink that is two inches from the top, in spite of ordering "easy foam," is not an infrequent problem. In three days/three orders were like this, at this Starbucks! When I pointed the "light foam" on the order sticker on the cup, the barista was very accommodating -- re-made the Latte -- but it sure slows you down when you're in a time crunch! \n\nThe drinks at this store are fully up to standard, and help is accommodating, but details at busy times seem to be easily missed. Bottom line: I'll continue to use their app when ordering, and I'll check my order visually even when I'm short on time -- check order before leaving the store!“

“This location is always the best, but today was even better than usual. Grace and Lexie were so enthusiastic and made great conversation with me during my visit. My drink was also made perfectly! Definitely don’t skip Starbucks while shopping at Target!“

“L VE Starbucks! This Starbucks is definitely one of my favorite locations to go to. Since it's not too far from home. I go there almost every day of the week/weekend in the mornings & afternoons.
Even the customer service & employees are tremendously awesome. I am more than happy to leave a 5 star review for this Starbucks.
They have a lot of wonderful & tasteful dishes to choose from.
I love their cold brew drinks. Since I am sensitive to dairy. I always choose alternative options.
My favorite coffee drink is the (White Chocolate Macadamia Cream Cold Brew). I have many other favorites as well. But the Macadamia drink is definitely my go to even though it's only seasonal.
I wish that the drink itself could be all year round.
The wait time is usually less than 5 minutes. If you're waiting in the drive thru they're super quick & efficient. I've never had any issues at this location. ?“

“I came here like a week ago and the really nice girl with the red in her braids made my drink and I am still thinking about it it was that good. I’ve been to literally every other Starbucks in Franklin and Spring Hill since and they all have been bleek in comparison. She deserves a raise.“

“I love to support many of the local coffee shops in town, but this Starbucks opens the earliest which sometimes draws me in. When I stopped there today, I was in a rush on my lunch break, and the lid popped off my latte. I was about to head out the door with little time to spare, but the staff had seen what happened and already made me a new drink. Talk about going the extra mile. And it was delicious.“
