I had my eye on the brisket sandwich but prefer it shredded instead of sliced. Jessica didn’t hesitate, she checked with the kitchen and made it happen without any hassle. They give hefty portions and the food was so good. We had to tip, chicken, Mac and cheese, baked beans, and sweet potato casserole. It was all so good. We only wish they had fresh sweet tea instead of canned.“

The staff was so friendly, clean restaurant & restrooms, and the outside picnic area was clean and shady.
Located across the street from excellent trails in the Great Smoky Mountains, it is the perfect pit stop after a hike.

“One of the best barbecues I've had in a long time. Everything from the chicken to the brisket was amazing and juicy. The owner interacted with both my boys and gave them an extra serving of pulled pork since they devoured the sampler. He then brought me out a tin of his personal rub he uses on his barbecue. “You can smell the turkey legs before you get there and they are available from open to close. Smoked and delicious and so large that you might not be able to finish it unless you share with a loved one. As of today they are $15.99 each which is pricey but just keep telling yourself it’s a vacation and splurge a little. If not get ready for Turkey Leg envy as people walk on by noshing to their hearts delight. This was lunch and dinner for me.“

“Service was friendly, but they were out of all the peripherals, no napkins, no silverware, no syrup for their soda machine... I think it's meant as a grab and go for the sister/adjacent restaurant, not all foods are walking friendly.
Chipotle Honey BBQ ribs were good, nice serving for $13.99 inside an amusement park. Smoky Mountain corn was difficult to eat, very messy, especially without napkins... and IMHO not worth the $10.99.“

And that was dining in not going through drive thru. This was mine and my husband's 2nd time eating there & it was really good the first time as well. My son really liked the food that he told the lady who took our order all about it and everything. And told her that he became their #1 fan & how everyone should come eat there. He was so thankful for us taking him and wanted to keep telling the lady how pleased he was, that she ended up making him a chocolate milkshake at no charge.
