“Without a doubt the best ribs anywhere in the southeast. Fall off the bone and the rib sauce was out of this world. The sweet potato casserole was the bomb too. Good salad bar also. The staff, waiters and waitresses were kind and friendly. Reasonable prices !!!! I myself will eat there again and again every time I visit.“

“I can not put into words the experience we just had at this restaurant. I have had unbelievable meals in the past, but this is #1 on my list. From the time we arrived, atmosphere, staff, and food, I felt like a queen. Everything was timed perfectly. The food was exhilarating. I closed my eyes, and I could taste every ingredient involved. If you ever come down to Gatlinburg, I 100 % recommend visiting. It's totally worth the money!“

“A smaller, cozy spot where the wait staff provides outstanding service while serving great home-cooked food from the kitchen. I always notice how clean the dining area is and Trishs passed with flying colors. Keep up the good work and we will always return when we’re in the Gatlinburg area!“

“We had dinner at Howard’s last night (8-13). We had a beautiful table over looking the water. Our waitress was great. I wish I had remembered her name but was she was from Romania. We were a party of 4, 3 had the ribeye and 1 the filet. All were cooked perfectly. It was a nice way to celebrate my partners birthday! Thanks again for a nice evening!“

“We visited the Log Cabin Pancake House while staying in Gatlinburg, and it was one of the best experiences of our trip! From the moment we walked in, we were greeted so warmly. The whole place has such a cozy, true cabin feel that makes you feel right at home. Our waitress, Ginger, was an absolute 10/10. She was so sweet, attentive, and even took the time to interact with my boys in such a genuine way. As a mom, that meant so much to me — especially since my son Samir is autistic and mostly nonverbal. She made us all feel comfortable, cared for, and welcome. The food was delicious, the atmosphere was cozy, and the service was truly the best we had on our entire trip. Thank you for such a wonderful breakfast and memory. We will absolutely be back next time we’re in Gatlinburg! — Amber & family 💛“

“Wait was an hour at 10am on a Wednesday, so we decided to grab a bite elsewhere since we were getting hangry. We had to have one of the cinnamon rolls all the reviews raved about, so we got it to go to enjoy at the cabin with a coffee. It was good but the icing came on the side, which I appreciated since we didn't eat it right away, but there wasn't enough. The reviews that are from when you dine in and order a cinnamon roll are swimming in icing. That being said I would definitely recommend but order it there bc I imagine it would be warm and fluffy and plenty of icing, which is what we'll do next time we visit.“
“What a fun experience. The place was super busy, but after a short wait, we were able to belly up to the bar and start our taste testing. Our bar tender was awesome. Super friendly and a barrel of laughs. We loved all the great samples, and they had a great deal going on, so we came home with plenty to drink. If you visit all 3 locations and get a stamp, you get a free T-shirt. We will definitely come back for another visit..“

“I stopped into Tennessee Cider Company on a recent trip to Gatlinburg and had a great time. The vibe was laid-back and welcoming, and the staff made it easy to relax and enjoy the experience. Special shoutout to Ryan Rees, who was behind the bar—he was super friendly, helpful with recommendations, and just made the whole visit better.
The tasting setup is great: you can try a couple samples for free, or pay a modest fee to taste through everything they have on tap, including some fun seasonal options. Every cider I tried was solid, with the Peach Mimosa and the Black & Blue standing out as favorites for their refreshing, well-balanced flavors.
The Pumpkin Pie cider was definitely a seasonal highlight—sweet, spiced, and festive. I really liked it, though I think it would be even better with just a little less flavoring to avoid the candle-like aftertaste. Still, it’s a cozy fall drink worth trying.
All in all, this is a spot I’d definitely recommend if you’re in Gatlinburg. Between the friendly service, the variety of flavors, and the relaxed atmosphere, conscience of access close to Anakeesta and Ripley's Aquarium of the Smokies, Tennessee Cider Company is an easy stop I’d make again.“

“Advice to make business more successful, make the buffet on weekends not during week. Week is slow and weekends are busy especially when they have rod runs and jeep invasion there's tons of people. I see the most on weekends and just makes more sense and have it available in the afternoon and in the evening. That would become a best seller! Especially since you're open late, people would love it! You would put cicis out of business quick and you'd need to expand your buffet to make it bigger for bigger variety to keep up with the demand. Its all about timing. Maybe make a sign advertising the buffet with the price to put out near the sidewalk too so people see and know about it.“
“Came in during our stop on the wine/cider trail. Good selection of wines available. As with everyone we experienced during this they were now it’s all about the products asked people in our group what they liked offered suggestions and we’re overall lesson well worth the stop if you’re in Gatlinburg.“

“Very well prepared trout. We had the blackened and the butterfly trout. Both were amazing. This place is off the main drag a little bit, but not near busy enough for what it was. If you are staying on the main drag for dinner, you are missing out.“

“We tried Bennett’s BBQ in Gatlinburg for the first time and boy was it great. The salad bar was fresh, clean and delicious. The bbq was amazing. We got the sampler platter. The highlight of our lunch was definitely our server Alisha. She’s been at Bennett’s for over 10 yrs and you could definitely tell. She gave us some history on the restaurant, she pointed us in the right direction for some attractions but most importantly she was a wonderful server. She kept our drinks full and our table clean. We will definitely be back to see Alisha and enjoy some more delicious food.“

“Service was fantastic! They seated us right away. Our waitress was very understanding of my food allergies (even checking with the kitchen to be accurate) Food was superb. They did forget our appetizer, but wasn't needed after seeing the size of the entrees. Each staff member was helpful with each other and customers. Great team & great price for the location :D“

“I tried the cheese pizza at New York Pizza and Pasta in Gatlinburg. The pizza tasted really good the base was thin and soft, and the flavors were on point. The only downside was the wait, which was about 20 minutes. Overall, a tasty pizza worth trying.“

“My husband and I visited today for our honeymoon dinner. Kelly was our waitress and she was phenomenal! The food was very flavorful. We had potato skins for an appetizer and my husband got the bone in ribeye and I ordered the Parmesan horseradish filet mignon that Kelly recommended and it was the best steaks we’ve had. Food came out quickly too. We will definitely be back!“
“We visit Smoky Mountain Brewery frequently. It is one of our favorite places in Gatlinburg. The food is always great along with the service. We always eat in the bar because our favorite server is Oana from Romania. She always remembers what beer we drink and when she takes our order she never writes anything down which always amazes us. She is very attentive and always pleasant to talk to. One of the reasons we always enjoy our visits to the Brewery.“

“Beautiful Hotel! The bar on site was a rip off. I truly believe they did not put alcohol in the mixed drinks, however they charged a lot for the drinks. Pool was great staff was friendly and incredible. Would recommend staying here just don't get drinks from bar.
Food and drinks: Like I said the bar on site was a rip off. They did not put any alcohol in mixed drink and the femal bartender was rude.“

“Today was one of the most terrifying and exhausting days our family has ever experienced. Our brakes failed while driving through the mountains near Gatlinburg. A kind stranger helped get my children and me to safety at a shopping plaza while my husband stayed behind with the car. While we were waiting, my youngest son fell off a 10-foot wall trying to find a bathroom and thought he was seriously hurt since he landed on concrete. We called 911, and thankfully, the paramedics confirmed he was okay.
After everything, the paramedics asked if we could wait inside the Domino’s at 951 East Parkway in Gatlinburg, TN. The manager, Kurt, welcomed us in with incredible kindness. Not only did he let us rest inside, but he also gave us drinks and a pizza, without us even asking. We hadn’t eaten all day and were feeling scared, exhausted, and overwhelmed. His generosity meant more than we can say.
Kurt’s compassion and thoughtfulness brought comfort during one of the hardest days we’ve ever had. In a world that can feel chaotic, he reminded us that good people still exist. Thank you, Kurt, and thank you to the entire team at Domino’s Gatlinburg. We will never forget your kindness. My kids are still saying Domino’s has the best pizza ever!“

“The food is the highest quality by far in the Pigeon Forge/Gatlinburg area. Everything was well seasoned, homemade, and cooked to perfection.
The staff was so friendly, clean restaurant & restrooms, and the outside picnic area was clean and shady.
Located across the street from excellent trails in the Great Smoky Mountains, it is the perfect pit stop after a hike.
Highly recommend this as a destination if you are ever in the Gatlinburg area.“

“Without a doubt, the best Mexican food I’ve ever had in my life. Will definitely be back again! We walked in and were seated immediately without a wait on Saturday afternoon. I got the chicken fajitas. Nice thick, white meat chicken fajita strips with all the trimmings and the salsa is absolutely incredible!!!“

“First, there was no wait. The place was empty.
I started with deep-fried pickles. They were overcooked and much too thin. All you were eating was the breading.
My main course was the smoked meatloaf. It was cooked well, I don't personally care for barbecue sauce on my meatloaf, however. It's worth a try nonetheless.
My server was cordial and attentive.
Overall midcore experience.“
“I had so much fun I did ice-skating for the first time I rode on the I’ve sled 🛷 and the mountain coaster was so much fun. It was super cold though.“
