“We visited the Log Cabin Pancake House while staying in Gatlinburg, and it was one of the best experiences of our trip! From the moment we walked in, we were greeted so warmly. The whole place has such a cozy, true cabin feel that makes you feel right at home. Our waitress, Ginger, was an absolute 10/10. She was so sweet, attentive, and even took the time to interact with my boys in such a genuine way. As a mom, that meant so much to me — especially since my son Samir is autistic and mostly nonverbal. She made us all feel comfortable, cared for, and welcome. The food was delicious, the atmosphere was cozy, and the service was truly the best we had on our entire trip. Thank you for such a wonderful breakfast and memory. “I can not put into words the experience we just had at this restaurant. I have had unbelievable meals in the past, but this is #1 on my list. From the time we arrived, atmosphere, staff, and food, I felt like a queen. Everything was timed perfectly. The food was exhilarating. I closed my eyes, and I could taste every ingredient involved. If you ever come down to Gatlinburg, I 100 % recommend visiting. It's totally worth the money!“

“Without a doubt the best ribs anywhere in the southeast. Fall off the bone and the rib sauce was out of this world. The sweet potato casserole was the bomb too. Good salad bar also. “The food at The Baht Restaurant was absolutely excellent. Every dish we ordered was full of flavor, perfectly seasoned, and incredibly tasty. You can truly tell that care and authenticity go into their cooking. It is honestly the closest to authentic Thai food I’ve had in Tennessee so far. The ingredients tasted fresh, the balance of flavors was spot on, and the spice level was done right—not overwhelming, but flavorful and true to Thai cuisine. The presentation was also nice, and everything came out hot and well-prepared. If you are looking for real Thai food rather than Americanized versions, this place is a great choice. The quality of the food alone is worth the visit, and I would absolutely come back again and recommend it to anyone who loves authentic, delicious Thai food.“

“What a fun experience. The place was super busy, but after a short wait, we were able to belly up to the bar and start our taste testing. Our bar tender was awesome. Super friendly and a barrel of laughs. We loved all the great samples, and they had a great deal going on, so we came home with plenty to drink. “BEST cider and customer service you’ll ever get!! Family owned business with hands down the most amazing cider you’ll ever try!!! We first visited Tennessee Cider Co in May 2025 and were wowed with their amazing cider tasting. We purchased 3 bottles to take home to Texas and instantly regretted not bringing more home. We recently visited again in December 2025, and we knew we had to make Tennessee Cider Co one of our first stops. Cider Dan provided above and beyond service and we left with 6 bottles this time! Every cider flavor they have is truly delicious, but our favorites are hands down the pineapple, peach, golden apple, and cider donut.
If you’re looking for an amazing cider tasting experience, with an great atmosphere and phenomenal customer service, Tennessee Cider Co is the place! We’ll forever be customers!!“

“We are in town for the weekend from Georgia. We’ve been here many times but have never eaten at Luigi’s Pizza until tonight. We did a pick up order and it was ready in 20 minutes, just in time to watch the UGA/Auburn game. We had the meat lover’s pizza on thin crust and it was so delicious! We also had the garlic knots and they were excellent! They are big and the homemade marinara sauce is amazing! We also had a Caesar salad that was very good! Loved the shaved Parmesan cheese! The only small thing that wasn’t up to par were the croutons on the salad…they were stale/soggy. This definitely didn’t keep me from giving them a perfect review! The employee who took the order over the phone was also polite and accommodating. We will definitely be visiting Luigi’s in our future visits to Gatlinburg!“

“We got take-out here a couple of times, and- wow. Some very good pizza and wings. My kids loved the mac n cheese of course. The Bigfoot pizza may have been the best pizza I’ve ever had, and the brimstone wings were spicy with a ton of flavor. If I’m being picky, the meat on a couple of the other pizzas was a bit dry, and the mac n cheese could have used some more salt/cheese. Overall, great stuff you guys are cooking up!“

“We tried Bennett’s BBQ in Gatlinburg for the first time and boy was it great. The salad bar was fresh, clean and delicious. The bbq was amazing. We got the sampler platter. The highlight of our lunch was definitely our server Alisha. She’s been at Bennett’s for over 10 yrs and you could definitely tell. She gave us some history on the restaurant, she pointed us in the right direction for some attractions but most importantly she was a wonderful server. She kept our drinks full and our table clean. We will definitely be back to see Alisha and enjoy some more delicious food.“

“I stayed on the 14th floor. The view was spectacular; the fall foliage at its peak. The food was fair. The bed was very comfortable. The room attendants were great; we always had fresh towels.
They have started charging for parking, which was new since my last visit. That really gets expensive if you have a large group.“

“I am a local and I also work at a pizza shop , but for last few months I literally order 3 sometimes even 5 days a week!! Its not really even about in the food its about the service I receive extremely friendly just a all around amazing group of folks that you all have!!! Luke, Jeff, Jason, Josh every single one of them as soon as I walk in they address me by name and to me that means more then anything especially since they see hundreds of people a day, yet they can remember mine even before i started coming in there a lot. In my honest opinion I truly believe they should all be recognized for the amazing customer service that they provide especially being in a tourist town, most people get aggravated bc they are busy etc but not these folks please see fit that they get the recognization they so very much deserve!!!

“There was no wait to be seated. The food was good just wished the fajitas came with more vegetables. The ratio between vegetables and protein could be more balanced. The fried ice cream was a big hit with the family. The restaurant is centrally located which makes it nice to walk to during a cool evening. The food could use a little more spice. The salsa did not have any spice but the cheese dip did have a little bit I'd spice. The food spice level is definitely kid friendly. The staff are friendly.“

“I definitely recommend going but based on others probably not on the weekend. We went skiing yesterday (a Monday) and we were able to park in the 2nd parking lot up top (there are 3), paid $20. One thing that I was unsure of but now know is you don’t have to buy the fun pass if you want to just ski so it was nice because we saved money just paying for our kids to ski (older kids) and we watched. Even though it was man made snow, they had a blast being their first time. Everyone we encountered from helmet and ski rentals to concessions and outdoor workers were very nice too. It got pretty busy by 3-3:30 so best time in my opinion is a weekday first thing when it opens but be careful driving up the mountain if you do, very narrow with an immediate steep ditch and we passed a car that fell off the road on the way out and got half stick which would be a big bummer.“
