Good mix of adult and teens/young adults.
Can be kind of crowded and confusing when picking up orders.

They're very popular so you have to be careful of the times you go. I appreciate that they're open late into the evening. Their selections are always tempting and it makes it very hard to choose! The staff were very helpful and polite and worked to make our transaction quickly and smoothly.“

“This place is fantastic!! They have so many options to choose from. We love the popsicles..especially the cucumber chile and the mango chile. So many flavors to choose from. The ice creams are so good and creamy. You can tell they are fresh made. Service is always friendly and quick. Definately a place to stop by if have not been. “Great service and food, the only downside is that when we pulled up at 8pm the chairs were already up on the tables. And we were asked to leave by 8:30pm due to them closing. Which I understand but the hours need to be updated online due to Google saying they were open until 9pm. The misinformation was a downside but the service and food were delicious.“

He read off a total, which I didn't fully hear, and after I handed him my card, I realized he was handing me the wrong order before I grabbed it. No big deal, he hadn't run my card yet. I let him know it wasn't the right thing, and his response, sarcastically, was "So you were just going to let me charge you $12 for a $5 order..." and just stared at me instead of just letting it be an oops and back to business. I acknowledged it was partially my fault and apologized, but he took no accountability for the fact that he wasn't paying attention. Again, it wasn't a big deal. I just wasn't a fan of being spoken to like that.“

“SHOUT OUT TO BASKIN-ROBBINS IN COLLIERVILLE ? ??? After my Amazing work day at Kroger on Byhalia, I decided to stop by to get a tasty treat to enjoy on my way home. When I walked I'm, it made me smile to see sooooo many people there, enjoying a tasty treat as well. They had a full house of Baskin Robbin lovers, Lol. The staff is always sooooo nice and friendly. They are some of my favorite customers that shop with me at Kroger for their faces lit up when they saw me in line. I usually order the snickers milkshake (small) but found out they don't sale the snickers ice cream any more. I was sad about that and asked sweet Deana what she suggested. I forgot the name of it but it was better than the snickers milkshake I usually get. OH MY GOODNESS, you better believe my ride home was a relaxing, delicious and Happy one ? THANKS BASKIN- ROBBINS COLLIERVILLE FOR BEING YUMMY AND AMAZING ON THIS HOT DAY!!!!!! “

“I will never go to this establishment again after seeing how the owners kids treated women working at a nearby store. They came in cursing and yelling and threw up middle fingers and ran off laughing. This store was filled with families with children. We were all in disbelief of how they acted. My family and I would frequent this Baskin Robbins for desert 3 x's a month for our kids good behavior and special treats. NEVER again. Obviously the apple doesn't fall far from the tree because we never got great service. Our pickup orders were wrong many times and got no apology just rudeness. Never greeted, no smiles, always felt rushed when doing a sit down order. We will gladly do business elsewhere. Best believe I will spread the word.“

“I go there a lot, but on April 17,2022, I really wanted some Chocolate Fudge ice cream and when she handed it to me I noticed it looked like regular chocolate ice cream. I made a remark that it wasn’t dark and the girl just ignored me. I paid $7 for my sister and I and went ahead and ate it. They obviously put regular chocolate when it was supposed to be Chocolate Fudge. I am very disappointed. And the girl in the back was looking at her phone and sucking on two of her fingers. I should have left immediately. I would like some kind of compensation or I will go to a different place, thank you for listening“

“I went to this location on March 4, 2023. It was a good way to end the day hanging out with a friend. I haven't been to TCBY in a long time, so it took me a little while to choose what I want. The lady at the counter was very patience with me and my friend. I decided to get the Banana Split with, Strawberries and Cream, Butter pecan, and Rainbow Creme Ice cream. For the toppings I had Nerds Candy, Sprinkles, and Butterfinger. All the flavors just blended really well together especially the Nerds Candy with the ice cream.“
