“Overall average Subway experience, it's a small place very few tables and even though it looks like a typical updated Subway it's still primitive the machine to get the fountain drinks was down several times I was there. I would say overall I'd go back if I was hungry and they do have deals on the app but there are better choices like Cocina Mexicana or even choo choo barbecue“

“Cashier was very kind and patient. I forgot my wallet in the car by accident and the cashier was very nice about it. The food was very hot and fresh. Not only did my sandwhich look good but it was very good. It also came with a pickle; which, I love! I'd come back here. Also the store was very clean.“

“My first time going here. I must say that I really enjoyed my sub sandwich. I got the Philly Cheese with Lettuce, Black Olive, Banana peppers, Provolone and American chesse, four Jalapeño peppers, lol, the person fixing my sandwich laughing 😂 at me on my request, and he end up breaking all 4 of them into pieces 🤣😆, I thought that was too funny, I really don't eat them, but every now and then I will request for a few of them only 🤭 oil, salt & pepper and Mayo. To my surprise, the meats was fully load on it . My Husband got his usual, Club Sub. I wanted to post pictures, but unfortunately they didn't come out good. But my friends order was wrong and it was fixed wrong, then trainer delivered sandwiches to office and they still had mayonaise so employees need to pay attention. I understand it's a new store but can't run a business messing orders up twice in one day.“

He helped me figure out how we could make my daughter a meatball sub with the gluten free bread and took the extra effort to help make it where it wasn’t cross contaminated. He went out of his way. I had not considered a Subway before, and ruled out McDonalds as they don't have turkey bacon or sausage with their egg breakfast. I was there over an hour before the Subway in the store opened, but the worker was getting set up. She graciously invited me in and fixed my 6" chicken teriyaki sub! Service above and beyond.“

“Sunday afternoon, 2~3 hrs study session — learning went smoothly today. For me, the main (pinnacle) criterion in cafes are personnel. They were nice. After asking about WIFI, two employees politely responded “apologies — we’ve got none”. Also, nobody insisted on “buying anything to stay in for a while. Because they said “little stay is okay”, I interpreted three hours as not too long (however, sorry “Jersey Sub” if it’s above “limit”). So, Jersey Mike Sub is now my fav education club-hub. :)“

“One of the best subway locations in Chattanooga. I use to work at subway as a teenager so I can hardly stand it, so the only reason I still go is because it’s close and convenient to my work. They have been consistently making my sandwiches properly which is surprising compared to the downtown location where you get a half toasted cold rotisserie chicken sandwich or a gallon of sauce served with a side of rude Attitude.“

“I used to work at Subway. I am somewhat specific as to how I prefer to have my Subway sandwiches prepared. I was happy that the employees at this Subway were able to follow my requests and make it the same way I would have done myself. This has not always been the case at other locations. They were also fast and friendly. I was somewhat surprised when they asked my partner if he was (eligible for a senior discount) over 62 years old, but we shared a good laugh about it when we arrived back home, so it was certainly not a big deal. The bread was just a little dry, and the tomatoes could have been fresher, but I don't expect anything different from Subway. The food was still good and I enjoyed it very much.“
