“The reason I gave four stars on this particular visit is because they were out of several condiments at 7pm.

Parking: The parking be can be quite busy especially on the weekends.

Dietary restrictions: They offer a vegetarian sub as well as as a veggie sub.“

“My go to location for fresh foot longs. We usually get the foot long Subway Club. They are friendly and add whatever toppings you ask for without complaint. We go often and have always received good service.

Vegetarian options: There are times I order the veggie sub piled high with fresh vegetables doused with oil and vinegar. Yummy.“

“I went there with my brother and sister right after seeing Andrew Jackson's Hermitage. We needed a place to eat, having not done so since before landing in Nashville. The subs that we got were amazing. Everything was reasonably priced, and we liked seeing the firefighter memorabilia, too. If we're ever back in Tennessee, we'll certainly return.“

“Firehouse subs in Goodlettsville jumped on our Feed the Bucs sponsorship and supplied a pre-game meal for 40 girls on the Beech High School soccer team They were so willing and nice when we went into the store and spoke with the manager, Chad. We are grateful to have community businesses out there to support our schools and athletes. The girls loved the meal!“

“This was my first time going to McAlister's and I absolutely love it there's no complaints at all everybody was super nice the food was delicious and a service was awesome the atmosphere was amazing now I will say though I wish the parking lot was bigger because I had to park across the street haha but I know it's not their fault or anything it's a Sunday church got out at 12:00 it's lunch time so it happens other than that I mean it was an absolute blast and if you want a sandwich if no other sandwiches satisfy you I will definitely try McAlister's“

“After placing an uber eats order that was unfortunately taken by the driver. I contacted the store to see if my ordered had been picked up as the uber drivers kept changing and my order was seemingly not coming. I called the store and the staff was very helpful and told me that the order was picked up a bit ago by a driver but must of been taken as they had uber drivers still coming to pick up the items but the order was already gone. The store helped me get my order and even upgraded my sandwich to a larger size due to the difficulty. I was very pleased as they did not mess up the order but still felt the need to satisfied their customer. I appreciate it greatly and will continue to come to this location for the quick and quality service!“

“Until the past year, I passed by Firehouse Subs. Had been a Subway fan so just didn’t venture. Tried my first Firehouse Sub and it was amazing. Since then, I’m a happy patron. The management is sharp and friendly, the food is great. So much more than a sandwich. Besides the pleasant experience and delicious food, Firehouse does so much to help our first responders and those who serve to keep us safe. It’s just a good idea all the way around. I highly recommend you giving them a try.“

“The first thing that impressed me was the sandwich maker washed his hands after coming from the back. He also greeted me. Washing hands and being greeted first and foremost is out of the ordinary for SUBWAY. I hardly eat there because of nasty service. This location is above the rest. My sandwich was very tasty and handled in the most sanitary fashion. This person should go to all the other locations and train for proper handling of food. “The guy that runs/works at this subway is so nice and always smiling. His sandwiches are the best because he doesn't just throw the meat and cheese on. He makes it so that you get a bite of everything on your sandwich from the first bite to the last bite of it!! I have to drive a little further to get to this one, but that's OK because he is much nicer than the people at the Lebanon Pike Subway when it comes to customer service!! I'll choose this Subway every time from now on!!! I already know that I will be happy when I leave this one, I am always happy with the service here!!!“

“Just got back from Big G's. This is my 2nd time ever going there. I love the white fish! However, I was given catfish and not what I ordered. Very unhappy about that! The fish I got the first time was perfectly cooked. While waiting for my order the conversations of other customers is funny? It's a rough area but I do like the fish!?“

“Having worked at Subway I completely understand your line might get cluttered, You're putting toppings on so fast there's no time to brush off the excess before someone snaps a picture. The management I was under before I became one would fire people at the drop of a hat if they couldn't make a sandwich in 45 seconds... Yes there was a stopwatch. Subway has a high turnover rate for these reasons. So next time lady that's scowling 3 people behind me and harassing the person making MY sandwiches. “I usually get the footlong sub, as it's more for your money. I get the beef with cheese and get it toasted and then add bell peppers and I get lots of those and if I feel like anything extra that day I get it too but usually it's just the beef and cheese with the peppers and the spicy dressing. Boy talk about delicious.“

“There are several Subways closer to home but this one is top notch. Its worth the drive to be satisfied. Fresh produce.(spinach isn't slimey) they seem to always have several breads to choose from. “Be careful at this location. They have barrier poles set up as many places do. The middle one is hiding when you’re backing out of the first spot for the store. If you’re in a Truck or SUV you can’t see “the middle” one. The manager came out to let me know “it happens all the time “. Expensive Sandwich this visit. “While this Subway can be hit or miss as far as customer service, they do make great subs. Unfortunately, when I went there yesterday, I noticed that they had raised the prices on everything and they are evidently having issues with receiving certain ingredients. I have a feeling they are dealing with some of the financial ramifications of certain things going on in the world right now. Other than that, I would recommend this Subway for good food. The only reason they lost one star was because of the customer service at the time.“
