“I went there with my brother and sister right after seeing Andrew Jackson's Hermitage. We needed a place to eat, having not done so since before landing in Nashville. The subs that we got were amazing. Everything was reasonably priced, and we liked seeing the firefighter memorabilia, too. If we're ever back in Tennessee, we'll certainly return.“

“The reason I gave four stars on this particular visit is because they were out of several condiments at 7pm.

Parking: The parking be can be quite busy especially on the weekends.

Dietary restrictions: They offer a vegetarian sub as well as as a veggie sub.“

“My go to location for fresh foot longs. We usually get the foot long Subway Club. They are friendly and add whatever toppings you ask for without complaint. We go often and have always received good service.

Vegetarian options: There are times I order the veggie sub piled high with fresh vegetables doused with oil and vinegar. Yummy.“

“My 1st visit to FatBelly and it definitely will not be my last! The staff was so friendly! Honestly, the food could have sucked and I'd go back just because of the staff ha! “My only complaint is that there’s not a closer location relative to where I live in Nashville. I love this concept and they surely did not disappoint. It was a very friendly, clean establishment and the chicken salad is absolutely excellent. I went with the melt with the “southern” style chicken salad, which was basically with eggs and sweet pickles. Yum. I can’t wait to make the hike again for their pimento cheese!“

“Firehouse subs in Goodlettsville jumped on our Feed the Bucs sponsorship and supplied a pre-game meal for 40 girls on the Beech High School soccer team They were so willing and nice when we went into the store and spoke with the manager, Chad. We are grateful to have community businesses out there to support our schools and athletes. The girls loved the meal!“

“I don’t know what happened to this location but all good things! I’ve been going here for a couple years now and they’ve always been fine, never any big issues, everyone’s been nice, greeted you when you came in, but sometimes it seemed they were struggling with a bit of a high turn over and it was difficult to have people there regularly that knew what they were doing. A few people have been there as long as I’ve been going, but all of a sudden I come in after not coming for a couple months or so and there’s a bunch of new people, they’re greeting me, very friendly and very engaging, they have a great sense of team work, everything flows very well, when at times it’d seem a little chaotic and unorganized, the entire vibe has changed. It was very refreshing and they actually seem happy to be there working. I hope they are at least. It’s tough out here. But I just wanted to take note that whatever the management has done is really working for them and if it’s just new experienced people, I hope they stick around! “Until the past year, I passed by Firehouse Subs. Had been a Subway fan so just didn’t venture. Tried my first Firehouse Sub and it was amazing. Since then, I’m a happy patron. The management is sharp and friendly, the food is great. So much more than a sandwich. Besides the pleasant experience and delicious food, Firehouse does so much to help our first responders and those who serve to keep us safe. It’s just a good idea all the way around. I highly recommend you giving them a try.“

“Cleanest and spacious Subway. I always stop by here on my visits. I got the Chicken Teriyaki Salad bowl and it was very fresh with generous quantity. Staff is friendly and efficient. Store was well stocked and well maintained. Order is always made right. This location has brought me back to Subway once again after a long time. Highly recommended.“

“Be careful at this location. They have barrier poles set up as many places do. The middle one is hiding when you’re backing out of the first spot for the store. If you’re in a Truck or SUV you can’t see “the middle” one. The manager came out to let me know “it happens all the time “. Expensive Sandwich this visit. “The first thing that impressed me was the sandwich maker washed his hands after coming from the back. He also greeted me. Washing hands and being greeted first and foremost is out of the ordinary for SUBWAY. I hardly eat there because of nasty service. This location is above the rest. My sandwich was very tasty and handled in the most sanitary fashion. This person should go to all the other locations and train for proper handling of food. Not sure why people don't believe in washing their hands. I will continue to eat at this location. Great service!!!!“

“The guy that runs/works at this subway is so nice and always smiling. His sandwiches are the best because he doesn't just throw the meat and cheese on. He makes it so that you get a bite of everything on your sandwich from the first bite to the last bite of it!! I have to drive a little further to get to this one, but that's OK because he is much nicer than the people at the Lebanon Pike Subway when it comes to customer service!! I'll choose this Subway every time from now on!!! I already know that I will be happy when I leave this one, I am always happy with the service here!!!“

“Having worked at Subway I completely understand your line might get cluttered, You're putting toppings on so fast there's no time to brush off the excess before someone snaps a picture. The management I was under before I became one would fire people at the drop of a hat if they couldn't make a sandwich in 45 seconds... Yes there was a stopwatch. Subway has a high turnover rate for these reasons. So next time lady that's scowling 3 people behind me and harassing the person making MY sandwiches. “There are several Subways closer to home but this one is top notch. Its worth the drive to be satisfied. Fresh produce.(spinach isn't slimey) they seem to always have several breads to choose from. “Just got back from Big G's. This is my 2nd time ever going there. I love the white fish! However, I was given catfish and not what I ordered. Very unhappy about that! The fish I got the first time was perfectly cooked. While waiting for my order the conversations of other customers is funny? It's a rough area but I do like the fish!?“

“I usually get the footlong sub, as it's more for your money. I get the beef with cheese and get it toasted and then add bell peppers and I get lots of those and if I feel like anything extra that day I get it too but usually it's just the beef and cheese with the peppers and the spicy dressing. Boy talk about delicious.“
