“This was my wife's idea. I know, shocking that a wife can decide where to eat. LOL It was an excellent choice. We ate way more that we needed, but wanted to try multiple things on the menu. This ain't exactly what we usually eat, and wanted to hone in on what we order for future visits. I'll just get the beef soup next time, but with extra beef. It was delicious. My wife will get a steamed bun and we'll share seared pork and cabbage dumplings.“

“Love the old school feel of a Cantina with a bar outside eating. Walk up order bring it to your table. You have a bar where you can order drinks. Eat tacos in the sunshine or eat them inside. They also play great eclectic tunes. I had great service when I was there.“

“This has recently become one of my favorite plant based spots in Nashville after trying them at Hunters Station last weekend, then having my boyfriend go back later that night and the next day to grab us food. The fish sandwich tastes exactly like fish and the cheesy potatoes compliment it to well. I’m keeping my fingers crossed that they open up on a more consistent basis but for now I’m ok with stalking their insta page to see where their going to be. 10/10“

The menu is detailed in English, making it easy to understand, and there is no confusion when it comes to choosing what to order. What makes Edessa Restaurant stand out is the presentation of their food, which is nothing short of jaw-dropping. Each dish is beautifully plated, and the flavors are expertly balanced. The cleanliness of the restaurant is also noteworthy, ensuring a comfortable and hygienic dining experience. In my recent visits, our server Hanan was exceptional. Her name in Arabic means "Tenderness with compassion and affection," and she truly lived up to her name by providing prompt and attentive service with a smile. As someone who has tried various types of cuisine from different cultures, I can confidently say that Edessa Restaurant's Turkish food and service are unmatched. “Most laid back Jeni's in town. We're new to Nashville and found Jeni's at the Farmer's Market. But we like the East Nashville location better. Ice cream is amazing and the waffle bowls are the stuff dreams are made of.“

“My wife visited here about 6 months ago and got coffee on her way to the airport and hasn’t stopped talking about it since. We’re here for New Years and she made sure we came by. I got an iced white mocha, which is better than anyone I’ve ever had anywhere else and we also shared a Biscoff cheesecake which was absolutely incredible. The staff is super friendly and the coffee is amazing, you can’t go wrong if you come check this place out.“

“Their Caledonia Scotch Eggs were wild — hard-boiled eggs wrapped in sausage, panko-crusted, fried, and served with Cajun mayo. Honestly one of the best spins on deviled eggs I’ve ever had.
But the real jackpot was “The Big Fella” burger. A half-pound patty topped with Irish bacon, sharp Irish cheddar, and a fried egg. Every layer hit just right, and the sweet potato fries that came with it were perfectly crisp and full of flavor. One of the best specialty burgers I’ve had anywhere.
Staff were friendly and the décor nails the Irish pub look. No live music the night I visited, so the vibe was quieter, but the food carried everything. If you’re looking for a foodie win in Nashville, McNamara’s really does feel like stumbling across a leprechaun’s pot of gold.“

“Stopped by on our way through town and it was a nice breakfast. We ordered an everything and a blueberry both with vegan schmear and toppings - the vegan sausage was surprisingly delicious. The sea salt on top of the everything was a nice touch and the blueberry was excellent. The upcharge for non-dairy milk is to be expected but $1 felt a bit much. Good food though and if we're ever in Nashville again we'll probably stop back in. Not giving 5 stars just because environment was a bit strange - the back of house staff seemed to be having a fun time in the kitchen but the front of house seemed cold.“

“Found this place and went there for food to take home to clarksville. I'm a cuban..and I can assure u this place is the real thing. I got the Pollo Empanisado, croquetas de jamon, El Cubano, pastelitos de quayaba y queso, y empanadas. let them know it was going on an hr plus ride and they wrapped it up well...was still warm when I got to Clarkville. I know where I will be stopping on my Nashville trips.“

“As if the White Chocolate Vanilla Frappe wasn't enough, the atmosphere is pretty awesome and actually reminds me of my days in Seattle. A plethora of choices await you from the drinks to the pastries and the entrees, which I'm looking forward to trying. To top it all off, Keith is about as mellow and nice a person as can be, which makes going there an even more pleasurable experience. Take the time to get out to Donelson and find this gem, you will NOT regret it.“
