“Take-out service is slipping at the Jonesborough location. Last two visits have ended up with missing items in order. First time was missing two of the four fish pieces, tonight no hushpuppies in the order. Drive thru attendant not the normal friendly spirit as in the past visits. With prices of everything on the rise, it would be nice to at least get your full order.“

“One of my favorite restaurants in Johnson City! Everything I’ve tried here is absolutely delicious and the service is wonderful as well (I ordered take out tonight and they brought my order out before I could even call to let them know I was there!). “Timber is a unique and wonderful dining experience in the tri-cities. Our waitress was amazing, She was knowledgeable and offered suggestions. “In town on business, Stopped to have a beer next door at Yee Haw. This place is connected so very convenient. Left my barstool walked into next room ordered a steak taco, fish taco, and something else with some spice. They give you a number and come deliver it. Food delivered in timely manner. Each taco was delicious. You can tell all the choices are going to be good. For a casual beer/ food experience, this is what I enjoy!“

“Our family of 10 adults and 10 children dropped in Black Friday for breakfast, what a DELIGHT. We took over the back room decorated for Christmas and had a wonderful breakfast. Beth and helper were cheerful, patient and our feast was delicious! We'll be back!“

“One of the first things I noticed was portions are a sensible size. The food is so good, it would seem a shame to eat it too quickly. The coffee was really good, the servers were friendly, respectful, and seemed to CARE about their food interactions with customers. These are the most important things to me. The coffee was excellent too, which is rare, you usually get one or the other. Highly recommend.“

“We always enjoy Cootie Brown’s campus location. Fantastic servers and great food. Great for small or large party of guests. We also love that they use the text notifications so you can wait in your car on the chilly days. Everything I’ve had here is good. But my favorite go-to meal is their Key Lime Chicken, which I get with the honey roasted sweet potatoes and roasted artichoke sautéed spinach. They have a huge menu and lots to choose from for everyone’s different tastes. Highly recommend.“

“Taylor was Awesome!!I don't normally wright reviews, But i had to for this trip. My brother and I were in town for a few days and decided to stop in here because of it's proximity to our hotel. “Seat yourself, be prepared to freeze while you eat. Wait staff was young and attentive, would like to see them in a uniform of sorts not shorts and yoga pants. My dad voted a 4 for tastiness and flavor, coffee was hot fresh, he would go back and says way better then the chain CB down the road. Hubby says he likes it and scored it a four. My mom rates is as a 4. Now let’s get down to business, I thought the brown gravy was slightly pasty and the pancakes were missing something.The hash-browns were cooked with perfection and for sure if I go back I’ll just ask for them to make me a potato bowl. I was however surprised as we walked out to peep inside the fridge and the amount of condiment bottle blew me away. That’s one thing that scares me personally how does one keep track of when they opened it if there were no labels with dates.The mamaw in back with a kitchen towel around her neck made me feel right at home, however each person keeps house differently, keep that in mind before you judge.You will need to ask for a knife they don’t give those out, must have something to do with the location.“

“This is this place is what's commonly known as a hidden gem but it shouldn't be hidden more people should know about this amazing place for live music from Ed the owner on down to the rest of the staff It's an amazing venue and atmosphere to listen to and enjoy live music and they have a pretty good Tex-Mex menu as well highly recommend“

“Absolutely amazing food!! I am gluten free and I recently ate at an Aubrey's. I had the gluten free rooster grill and it was the best sandwich I have ever had, even compared with sandwiches I had when I was not gluten free. Most gluten free bread ranges from kinda disgusting to tolerable but the bun here was amazing. It tastes like real bread and I had to check and make sure that I got the gluten free option. I will definitely eat here again and recommend it to all my gluten free friends.Dietary restrictions: There is a decent amount of gluten free options. You can also get most things dairy free if you take off the cheese. The staff are very accommodating and knowledgeable, so if you have other dietary restrictions you should definitely ask them.“

“Had dinner here the other night. The Outlaw Ribeye is scrumptious. Both the hubs and I ordered it with just some minor changes (meat temp and sides). This steak is good for dinner tonight and tomorrow. By the time you eat a salad, half of a potato and half a steak, you are not feeling deprived.We got on the wait-list before we left home. We drove from the next town over, so timing was good. It's worth the drive and the money.“

“Ok so my husband and I went there with my Father In Law for Thanksgiving 2023. It was unbelievable and very packed with people who know that Golden Coral always has the best and most yummiest food for a buffet style restaurant.Even though it was packed and there was literally a long line going outside of the building they were still getting people in to eat and enjoy their Thanksgiving with their family and friends.The food was unbelievably yummy and hot and fresh and they had so many choices of yummy food to choose from!!!And we didn't feel rushed to eat and get out...We actually sat down and enjoyed our food. Which was amazing.The poor servers were running around like chickens with their heads cut off. I felt bad for them because they looked so tired...And yes my husband and I and my father in law left our server a good tip. :)No matter when we go to Golden Coral they always have such hot and yummy food just waiting for us to dig in!!Yes it may be a little expensive to eat at, but honestly you are more than definitely getting your money's worth!!If I could I would go there at least once a week..but whenever we do go there it's always a treat to us.If you want to go somewhere and be able to sit down and eat some very yummy and hot and delicious food then head to Golden Coral...even if you have a huge family you will not leave hungry!! And they can fit everyone of your family members and friends!!!Vegetarian options: Well they have plenty of fresh veggies and fruits and veggie dishes!Parking: Parking especially during a holiday, like Thanksgiving or Christmas is all and I mean always packed!So if you want to go there to eat with your family and friends then make sure to get there early!!And be prepared to wait in line especially if it's a holiday. If not then you should be able to get in without having to wait.Kid-friendliness: Definitely kid friendly. They even have a kid's menu. And they have the buffet to choose from!Wheelchair accessibility: It's definitely wheelchair accessible. And I believe that there are also wheelchair accessible tables.Very wheelchair friendly. Very easy to be able to get into an out of.“

We are very happy to visit every time we're in Johnson City.The food is great, with generous portion sizes and very tasty meat.Our server was very kind and the owners are really friendly. We were very happy to chat with them.I wish they sold Coke products, but that's my only complaint.Other than that, it was the perfect meal.“

“It is worth your time and money to dine at Cafe Lola! I went after shopping at the mall for a nice lunch and I was not disappointed! They lets my table sit outside. It was small but super cute and not too loud! Vanessa was our waitress and she was so kind! She answered all of our questions and she followed up! The food was OUT OF THIS WORLD! I got the turkey panini which was AMAZING! I also I ordered the side of their soup of the day which was tomato bisque. It was fantastic! Please take a chance here! It will not disappoint! “Outstanding as always! My favorite Seafood restaurant anywhere. I spend lots of time in Florida but wait until I return to Tennessee and Harbor House for Seafood. There are probably better restaurants in Florida but I have never found them. P.S , I was born in West Palm Beach and spent over 40 years there.“

“Honestly a great Waffle House location. Been here twice within a couple of weeks because my Fiance and I have a habit of having breakfast/brunch out on our days off together. Had the idea to do Waffle House since it had been a long time for either of us, and it hit the spot! So much so that we came back again the following week. It's simple food but always good. Employees have been nice each time so far. I'm sure we'll be back again soon!“

“The food was delicious. My server was excellent and the atmosphere was great. Everything about Cracker Barrell was great. The only thing is I had to drive 45 minutes to a hour to Cracker Barrell. I wish there was one closer to where I live.“

“Good food. I love their double blueberry pancakes! I didn't love the slice of ham I got with it, It had too much fat in it, but that is purely personal preference. Our server was attentive and friendly. I don't really feel one way or the other about the atmosphere.“
