Dunkin' Donuts in Knoxville

“My daily go to place. I visit there twice a day. They are super friendly and nice. Order is always right, though recently noticed new people and have my drink not made correctly. I am not a complainer as I work in Customer Service Support…but when you are paying almost $9 for an Iced Cocoa Mocha Latte and add Espresso you kinda expect it. Lately I’ve had it handed with no topping ( whip cream, chocolate syrup and cocoa powder on top) started saying that it’s not fixed correctly. Feel bad, because it’s always been perfect and hate to be annoying but I would like what I order. Not sure if the training of newer people is not right or what. Hopefully this gets corrected or at least bring back the others. Overall I honestly love DUNKIN..😊“

“Hey Dunkin, could you please upgrade the store and their menu in the drive thru? The team that works at this location is always on top of their game, never rude, always kind, makes everything right and yall haven't given them an all out upgrade for their hard work? I hope you do soon and also some raises would be nice because they are literally the reason why people love Dunkin.“

“One of the quickest drive thrus around in my opinion, even when there’s a line. The staff seems to get through lines pretty quick most of the time. My order is always accurate, and the staff is always kind. It’s a great location!“

“Do not go in this Dunkin Donuts is the worst for going in to get your order. I waited more than 10 minutes at the register to place my order NO ONE from the four women that were in there came to ask what I needed! They lost a big order too! But I guess DD doesn't care.“

“Overall this place is good. I never been inside. I only use the drive thru. I wish they had more vegan friendly menu items. But overall it is good. And the specialty coffees to have plant milk options. So you can make your coffee drinks vegan. Which is absolutely awesome.“

“Its freezing outside and I wanted a hot coffee. I went through drive-thru and I asked Makayla to pick her favorite hot drink and donut and that's what I will have. “The people there were so nice and patient with me. When I couldn't get my thoughts straight, the woman helping me order was able to help me out. I told her i needed it SWEET and they delivered. And my favorite part is that all I had to do was mention I couldn't have a lot of caffeine and she understood immediately and happily accommodated! She didn't even need a why to know exactly what to do. My tachycardia thanks her. And the male who helped me to pay and gave me my drink was conversational (mind you its 7:30 am) and kind. Keep the good work up!!“

“I am always pleased & very impressed with this location. The drinks are consistent, the service is phenomenal, & the staff are so sweet. There is never a long wait that I’ve experienced, they get you in & out & always make it a delightful experience. I can’t say enough good things about this one! Highly recommend their iced caramel macchiato! Always on spot.“

“I just got off work went in there and accidentally ordered the wrong drink got to my car and realized it and went back in the lady was so nice and offered to remake it for me after I was rude to her while I was waiting.I hope she’s a manger she deserves a raise for even being nice to me when I went back in,thankful for her!“
