“I’m the one who messed up my order this morning, and they were still kind enough to make it right. This is exactly one of the reasons why I come to this Dunkin even if I’m passing others on my way to work. These employees are so kind, such hard workers, so efficient, and truly awesome.“
“Do not go in this Dunkin Donuts is the worst for going in to get your order. I waited more than 10 minutes at the register to place my order NO ONE from the four women that were in there came to ask what I needed! They lost a big order too! But I guess DD doesn't care.“
“Overall this place is good. I never been inside. I only use the drive thru. I wish they had more vegan friendly menu items. But overall it is good. And the specialty coffees to have plant milk options. So you can make your coffee drinks vegan. Which is absolutely awesome.“
“I had a very large and pretty complicated order, I had mess it up online. They made fixing it very easy. They have a pretty young staff at this location and they were extremely friendly and helpful with everything. I manage another business in the area and the crew at this location were top notch. If I could steal some of them to work me I would take any of them.“

Employees are not the best when it comes to service they can use some training maybe attend customers instead of talking to each other!!“
“love this dunkin!! i used to go to the cedar bluff location in the morning and order a medium refresher and a donut, but 9 times out of 10 they didn’t put enough refresher base in it and it tasted very bitter. i started coming to this location and my refresher has been perfect every time! the staff here is always friendly and helpful. will definitely keep coming back!!!!“

“The people there were so nice and patient with me. When I couldn't get my thoughts straight, the woman helping me order was able to help me out. I told her i needed it SWEET and they delivered. And my favorite part is that all I had to do was mention I couldn't have a lot of caffeine and she understood immediately and happily accommodated! She didn't even need a why to know exactly what to do. My tachycardia thanks her. And the male who helped me to pay and gave me my drink was conversational (mind you its 7:30 am) and kind. Keep the good work up!!“
“Its freezing outside and I wanted a hot coffee. I went through drive-thru and I asked Makayla to pick her favorite hot drink and donut and that's what I will have. She made a hot caramel drizzle latte and a strawberry icing donut. DELICI😋US! Live a little and let someone else make decisions. I couldn't have done better myself. Thank Y😇U 🫂“
“Ordered a $6.00 meal and an additional coffee. They were out of milk products that go into the coffee ... they didn't have the new Peppermint part of the Peppermint latte ...
Being it is a new location they may need more time and training to get up to snuff.“
“Potter is the first employee I’ve seen give a shit. Ordered a brown sugar shaken espresso, SHE REMEMBERED IM ALLERGIC bc I forgot to order whole milk. 1000/10. Deserves a raise, keep her at the window she makes lines shorter. She’s the bomb. Can’t stress that enough.“
“I got the new dunkin black cherry refresher lemonade it was a little tart but very delicious. I also got the munchkins in the the chocolate glazed and the chocolate crunch they both tasted delicious but the chocolate crunch was definitely my favorite. I went through the drive through and it was incredibley quick“
“My daily go to place. I visit there twice a day. They are super friendly and nice. Order is always right, though recently noticed new people and have my drink not made correctly. I am not a complainer as I work in Customer Service Support…but when you are paying almost $9 for an Iced Cocoa Mocha Latte and add Espresso you kinda expect it. Lately I’ve had it handed with no topping ( whip cream, chocolate syrup and cocoa powder on top) started saying that it’s not fixed correctly. Feel bad, because it’s always been perfect and hate to be annoying but I would like what I order. Not sure if the training of newer people is not right or what. Hopefully this gets corrected or at least bring back the others. Overall I honestly love DUNKIN..😊“
