“This place is AWESOME!! From the cleanliness of the place as well as indoor and outdoor seating, courteous staff to the incredible flavors of ice cream, donuts and I especially love the pretzel. The best I've ever had! the ice cream is so creamy and fresh every time I've been there! My whole and extended family love this place and my 16 year old granddaughter says the ice cream is the best she's ever had...and that's saying something! Everyone..please come and see what all the hype is about!!“

“Oh downtown Knox where do I begin… ever since my days at UT back in ‘96 I loved going downtown. Of course back then you would catch me at the hill or one of the other bars the fellas would be at. But now I come for a different reason… ICE CREAM. My wife’s boyfriend reccomended this place to me a while back, and ever since then we’ve been going at it nonstop (and I’m not talking about just the ice cream😉. He’s actually a really cool dude and, he hits the spot just right. At first I didn’t tell my wife that I was going out with her boyfriend, but when she found out she wasn’t actually that mad. She even lets me watch from the closet sometimes when Im good. Other than that, the ice cream is delicious and they always have fun flavors. I love the Santa’s cookie!!!! “This is by far my favorite ice cream stop in the whole world. No kidding they are the best. This location is really unique and friendly. Located in a large Victorian style house, Cruze Farm East Knox has plenty of parking, lots of indoor and outdoor seating, and a drive thru! The staff are attentive, friendly and enthused for ice cream. Make sure to sample before you decide and they have pints of their amazing flavors to take home.“

Place an online order for delivery Friday and had some confusion and got delayed called and spoke with someone.Got it taken care. The app showed issues the next day so I stopped in at the store and cici( I believe that was her name) Was a wonderful help. She got my order right away for me. So helpful and kind. Spoke with some of the other employees and they all seemed so nice and optimistic. Adding another photo“

“Another recent visit on a rainy chilly January day. Dogs and hamburgers are still classic winners. Good spice on the fries. Usual friendly quick cooked to order service. You can't go wrong taking the kids here.

We stopped by for hard serve icecream on waffle cones. The place was packed with so much recent notoriety from their famous decked out hotdogs but the desert line was seperate so we were served immediately. It's no Brusters, but the store bought quality of icecream was good and the price per cone easier on the pocket book then were it made in store. We will be repeat visitors.“

“We showed up unaware that it was 1 minute before closing due to the place being full of customers. The GM said with a smile, he would be more than happy to take our orders. After ordering, the employees began moving like a well practiced team. They were supporting eachother in every way to ensure the correctness and promptness of our order. The Gm engaged my wife and I in conversation as he began cleaning and rearranging the service counter with information on other locations as well as the companies history. In a few brief moments he was directing us to the pick up counter where we were greeted by another smiling team member helping us to pick condiments and suggestions of the favorites. It was an overall outstanding first visit to this professional, polite, fast, clean and curteous restaraunt. Once home, the food was equal to the service we recieved at the Seymour Freddies, fresh and full of flavor! Thank you staff for a great and memorable experience. Highly reccomended!“

“I went there twice recently. Both times, the employees were very friendly, attentive and helpful. My ice cream was delicious! I got a waffle bowl because they make them in the store. It seemed to be a little stale. Also, I went around 8pm both times and it was still daylight. However, they had the barstools stacked which made it seem like they were closing. For the past several years I haven’t had good experiences here, but it definitely has improved! I would absolutely recommend them for ice cream!“

“Contrary to some surprisingly negative reviews, I do like this place very much. I’m a lifelong Pennsylvanian and my fiancée is a lifelong Tennesseean. We were in town visiting her family this week as we both live up north now. The burgers were excellent, the service was acceptable, place was clean, prices were reasonable. I’ll be back when we come back to visit family again. I’m a fan of this place!“
