“It’s been a number of years since we frequented Kayne Prime due to a move out of state. Last night’s experience was excellent. We were celebrating my husband’s retirement and each staff member we encountered asked about it, congratulated him and took care to make it notable. You also upped your game with the cute goat cheese tarts and palette cleanser. Last night was truly an experience above the excellent meal you are known for. We are blessed to have dined in many high end restaurants and last night you especially rose to the top. Must shout out our server Matthew. He is so knowledgeable, friendly, and attentive. “Fantastic meal! Love the menu. We sat outside but beautifully elegant ambience inside. About an hour or so before we walked over to eat I stopped in and got a menu and the ladies at the hostess podium were super kind. When we came back we were again met by a very helpful employee, Delilah. She sat us immediately and ended up being our server for the meal. She was thorough and knowledgeable. The service and the meal were perfect! We will absolutely be regularly returning and we will be requesting Delilah every time. Great experience and I would highly recommend this place to anyone! P.S.- They do lunch from 12-3pm, happy hour (including apps) from 3-6pm. And apparently they have a rooftop (kid friendly) open on Friday & Saturday evenings until 12am.“

“We visited Baby Chan for lunch after loving the restaurant Kisser. We were so pleased with our experience and the food! My first recommendation would be to get a reservation unless you just want to grab pastries and coffee at the walk up. We started our meal with the taro Swiss cake roll and it changed my life. It tasted like eating a taro milk tea, which I love! It was lightly sweetened and had a very strong taro flavor (in a good way)! We also ordered the Arnold Palmer’s which are green tea and yuzu lemonade. Yum! For entrees, my husband got the salmon chirashi and I had the crab soba! My husband loved his dish and raved about the salmon to rice to roe ratio. They did not skimp on the good stuff! His only qualm was he wanted a little more spice so he used some of my wasabi. I also loved my dish, which I had great flavor and was fun to eat. Would definitely recommend Baby Chan!“

First off “the rice is bland”? No it’s not. They make their rice that way on purpose bc they let you make your own sauces inside. You can always ask for extra teriyaki or rice sauce on the rice.
Everyone with 1 star dont understand what they are getting. This place isn’t “a restaurant with true hibachi” they have hibachi on the menu but they are more so a high end fast food restaurant. You wait for your food in 15 mins or less and it’s AFFORDABLE. This is great for people who don’t have $30 to go to hibachi like everyone else that’s seeming to make it out here and can go out to eat every week. They give a good portion. The rice bowls will always be our go to because you’re paying $9 for a bowl of teriyaki chicken and fried rice that’s makes you stuffed. Their spring rolls are to die for and most of all they are fixing EVERYONES food fresh. Stop going in here expecting hibachi restaurant. It’s just high end fast food and thank god we have that because I’m tired of only being able to afford fried food or Taco Bell.
The best part is they let you make your OWN sauces in the little fridge to the left of the cashier. Ultimately I can make my rice taste different everytime but we are regulars so we have a routine“

Now onto our next subject. The food… My goodness did the food come out quick and they did not sacrifice quality food for good service either. The Crab Rangoon might have been the best appetizer I have ever eaten. It came out in a mere two minutes after ordering and then the main dish I had was Teriyaki Chicken and fried rice. The fried rice was soft, sweet and hot. Everyone needs to visit Poy Thai, I left with a new type of joy I have never felt before. When Jesus comes back He needs to visit Poy Thai.“

“I use door dash on the app Rice box doesn't not allow special instructions at all . I place a call to Rice box they said my food was already done it wasn't but a few minutes after I placed order.. when the order got picked up they said that it was cooked extra spicy and extra crispy. pitched the food will not be back.“
