Placed a mobile order at the Starbucks on Lamar Alexander, so I wouldn’t have to get out of the car, pulled up to the curbside pickup and realized my mobile app said “In-store only” I was so disappointed because the purpose of ordering on my app was so I didn’t have to go inside! I called the store and the lady on the phone was SO SWEET! I told her I had been sick and wasn’t sure if I could come inside. She explained that they have curbside closed due to the rainy weather earlier in the day, but that she would send someone out to deliver me my drink!!! HOW AMAZING IS THAT!? Talk about good customer service!! And to top it all off they left a message on my cup that TOTALLY made my day!! Thank you, thank you, thank you Starbucks!!💚💚💚“
