Took 15 minutes to take my order at the window. All of the staff were playing on their phones and eating while orders needed to be made. 1st time frustrated with this location
Just got home from out of the country at 1:30 am. Everything was closed except Cook Out. My son has highly recommended it for quality and value. It was truly a surprise...as if I made it on my own grill. Very tasty burgers.
Went to this drive-thru for a quick lunch while in the Memphis area and was not impressed with my meal. I ordered a tray with a big double. It was not prepared how I asked and the bread was hard and chewy. The meat was good but the rest of it sort of ruined the burger. The onion rings and french fries I ordered with it tasted fresh though and the drink was not watered down. I was unahppy with this particular visit but I would give it another shot.
