“Alexander is on my receipt but the girl that took my order was super patient had excellent customer service skills. she never rushed me. she told me about the specials. she tried to upsell. your company is very lucky to have her and I am afraid that she will go somewhere else because she is just that good. I did speak to the manager and let her know what an amazing job she did. food was fresh everything was amazing you do not get this anymore from fast food restaurant. it was on February 17th 2026 at 12:37 p.m. the girl that took my order was incredible.“

“The service has improved the last few times I went there on a Saturday the service was bad after 6:00. This last time I went the service improved my food was hard and ready when I got there I didn't have to wait 30 to 40 minutes for them to cook my food everything was on par I ordered through the app.“
“I rather drive the extra miles to come to the Winchester location instead of the Hacks Cross location. Winchester location the food is always fresh, staff friendly and quick to fulfill the order and restaurant is CLEAN. Also, I appreciate the fact my spicy chicken is HOT & FRESH. Hacks always run out of stuff like condiments and staff isn't welcoming.“
“I decided to use my survey receipt, to purchase a large drink to get a free 2 p.c. chicken 🍗🐔 and biscuit. I ordered a Large orange, received a free breast, thigh and biscuit. Alvin Jones took my order, he was very friendly and professional. If needed any employees, Mr. Alvin Jones would be hired immediately. The food was hot 🔥 and fresh. I like to try all of the drink flavors so I only fill my cup up one fourth of the way. I also noticed that the regional mgr was there doing orientation for three new employee's. I pray that everything works out because we need good employees in today's society. The parking lot was clean and the lobby also. The only thing that I noticed that needed some attention was the window's need to be clean including the ledges inside and out. So hopefully Popeyes read this and clean all the windows inside and out including the window ledges. I still decided to give them 5 🌟 because of the food, service, atmosphere and especially Alvin Jones.“
“My experience was well. The food was hot. The lady at the speaker was phenomenal. Had a good positive energy and nowadays you just don’t be there in bad food establishments but this young lady was very pleasant at night. Her name was Jay and he was at the Popeyes on Shelby Drive and hopefully she sees this because girl keep being we being positive in a world full of darkness you made me feel really special today thank you.“

“I decided to visit the Popeyes Chicken 🍗🐔🐓 on Hackcross Road today. The outside was clean including the landscape. It was very busy with a lot of door dash drivers picking up orders, the drive thru was very busy also. I ordered a two piece spicy 🔥 chicken 🍗 🐔🐓 biscuit, large drink. They didn't have any spicy 🔥 ready, so I waited. I noticed that they had a full staff, which was good because in the pass they was under staff, also I noticed that the window ledges and windows were clean, because I remember on my last visit they weren't. This store has made a lot of improvements. I got my order in about 10 minutes. The food was hot 🔥 fresh. But not that spicy. But how far this store has come I am going to give them 5 star's still because of the improvements they have made. P.S spicy 🔥 up the spicy 🔥 chicken 🍗🐔🐓 please!!!“
“The greetings from multiple employees upon entering the store was amazing. And Ms. Leyah’s beautiful smile and personality seemed to not radiate only throughout the store but also among her fellow employees. The teamwork from front and the back of the house was some of the best I’ve ever seen.“
“I can't give atmosphere 5 stars...it was 445 pm..some.people were pulling out of line,causing confusing the orders......I never seen folks triple parked at the window till today.....but the chicken was hot,fresh.order was correct......we talking CHICKEN, MEMPHIS,LAMAR AVE AT RUSH HOUR HERE......FOLKS GET GRUMPY.STAFF WAS AMAZINGLY POLITE THO.....almost a 7 car pile up to get the $20 family meal crispy...lol“
