“I went into Popeyes with 3 other people. Nobody else was in line. There seemed to be 5 people working. Only one person took and prepared our orders one at a time. Each of us ordered a 3 piece tender and fries combo. The lady was extremely nice, but the others should have helped her. By the time we left, there was a line to the door. The food was great, although they didn't have the strawberry biscuits we went there to get.“
“Although it seems that this location is fully staffed, having bodies doesn't necessarily equate to better, more complete customer service. They still take longer than normal to complete an order and they still get the orders wrong. And they still exhibit negative attitudes during the transaction. If the order is for a dark meat, the worker should know the difference between a thigh and a breast!“
“The best Popeyes in Memphis, never go to the one on poplar, the employees there never want to serve you, they are very racist, I refuse to go there for myself or as a delivery driver, but the location on Austin peay are very nice, fast and food is fresh“
“I like the managers guidance. She knows how to stay on the young people firmly. If they need to be corrected she does it. Not in a nasty way but a VERY VERY Firm way. Managment is A-1 to me. Love it. Need more Managers at Stores across the city like her.“

“Excellent spot for fast service. I ordered a 6 piece Ghost Pepper and they hooked it up fast and efficiently. The flavor of the ghost pepper being part of the breading instead of just a sauce was a kind of curveball at first and I almost returned the order but the cashier politely explained there was no sauce involved. They're very tasty but kind of bland for being ghost pepper. Much less heat and more flavor. A good mix. Clean lobby but the bathroom was a just a little dirty. Which is more expected around an area like this.“
“I don’t usually review fast food places, and I am well aware that I can get popeyes just about anywhere, but honestly this place deserves a Michelin star for the sandwich I just ordered. I could not believe that a sandwich that delicious came from a Popeyes of all places. Props to whoever put that masterpiece together“

One of the reasons that people visit "fast food" just for the convenience and the quality you hope you don't have to sacrifice one of the other for it. the only reason this particular visit was not a 5-star was because I had to wait 48 minutes on the order. However management and the staff did do their upmost to try and make it up.“

“I went next door to burger King first because I've never been a fan of Popeyes. Well burger King had a staff that was apparently playing inside the facility tag of some sort. So when I pulled to the window they finally realized I was watching them run around slipping and sliding around on there greasy nasty floor they asked me to pull back to the speaker to order. So I pulled next door to Popeyes because my mother and wife likes Popeyes and I'm glad I did. I havevto say they was on top of the chart I have become to like Popeyes now myself after the ice storm and being cooped up at home eating any thing and everything in the house I'm glad there employees was glad to be at work and I'm glad for them they all deserve a raise I don't care what they make.
