“Alexander is on my receipt but the girl that took my order was super patient had excellent customer service skills. she never rushed me. she told me about the specials. she tried to upsell. your company is very lucky to have her and I am afraid that she will go somewhere else because she is just that good. I did speak to the manager and let her know what an amazing job she did. food was fresh everything was amazing you do not get this anymore from fast food restaurant. it was on February 17th 2026 at 12:37 p.m. the girl that took my order was incredible.“

“I had a very good experience. The parking lot, landscape was clean, the restroom and lobby also. Destiny who took my order which is an assistant manager was very professional and friendly. She's always pleasant and in a great mood. The food was hot ? fresh and tasted great. This was a outstanding visit at the Popeyes on Winchester Road today.

“I decided to use my survey receipt, to purchase a large drink to get a free 2 p.c. chicken 🍗🐔 and biscuit. I ordered a Large orange, received a free breast, thigh and biscuit. Alvin Jones took my order, he was very friendly and professional. If needed any employees, Mr. Alvin Jones would be hired immediately. The food was hot 🔥 and fresh. I like to try all of the drink flavors so I only fill my cup up one fourth of the way. I also noticed that the regional mgr was there doing orientation for three new employee's. I pray that everything works out because we need good employees in today's society. The parking lot was clean and the lobby also. The only thing that I noticed that needed some attention was the window's need to be clean including the ledges inside and out. So hopefully Popeyes read this and clean all the windows inside and out including the window ledges. I still decided to give them 5 🌟 because of the food, service, atmosphere and especially Alvin Jones.“

“After taking my Mom shopping for Thanksgiving. On my way home 🏠. I stopped at Popeyes to get a bite to eat. I ordered a two piece spicy 🔥 chicken 🍗🐔🐓 a Breast, Thigh, biscuit and a large drink. It was very busy but the line was moving fast. The cashier was friendly and nice. I placed my order and was about number 6 for my order. It didn't take that long at all. The food was hot 🔥 fresh and tasted great. The spicy 🔥 breast was very juicy!!! The thigh, biscuit was good also. The store was clean. I did notice that there were several die flies on the window ledges inside the store and the windows needs some good cleaning. The restroom needed some attention also, you can see it in the pictures below. Other than that this was a good review.

“I decided to visit the Popeyes Chicken 🍗🐔🐓 on Hackcross Road today. The outside was clean including the landscape. It was very busy with a lot of door dash drivers picking up orders, the drive thru was very busy also. I ordered a two piece spicy 🔥 chicken 🍗 🐔🐓 biscuit, large drink. They didn't have any spicy 🔥 ready, so I waited. I noticed that they had a full staff, which was good because in the pass they was under staff, also I noticed that the window ledges and windows were clean, because I remember on my last visit they weren't. This store has made a lot of improvements. I got my order in about 10 minutes. The food was hot 🔥 fresh. But not that spicy. But how far this store has come I am going to give them 5 star's still because of the improvements they have made. P.S spicy 🔥 up the spicy 🔥 chicken 🍗🐔🐓 please!!!“
“Although the menu screen was broken and you have to just guess what you wanted to order, and they didn't have any legs which is what I really wanted, they ladies inside were really nice and funny. The staff was so pleasant, I didn't care that the food wasn't really all that great that day.“
