Starbucks in Memphis

“I'm giving this rating because I've had nothing but good experiences here over the last few weeks. I got hit with the coffee bug and have been getting coffee here, maybe a little too much lately. ? Now I will say I CAN'T STAND the traffic in this area. It's really a pain, but if you can get past that and starbucks being a little pricey, which, honestly, who isn't nowadays? I think it's worth it. At any rate, it's a good one to go to for good service and good coffee.“

“I stupidly ordered to the wrong location and the sweet girl at the drive through window (assuming it was the manager) offered to make our order anyway, even though they were already so busy. We’d had a rough morning and were on the way home from a dr’s appointment for our baby and it really made my day. It’s rare to find customer service/kind gestures like that these days. Thank you so much to whoever that was!! The food and drinks at this location are also always super consistent.“

“Asked me twice to pull around, I heard you the first time. You were nice otherwise but you promised me napkins and didn't bring them. Gave the biggest tip though cause I felt bad that you had to get rained on. But four food items needs napkins. Really even just one does.Y'all are my favorite one. Please do better.“

“Christmas Eve afternoon, my family and I stopped into Target to pick up a few last minute gifts. We needed a pick me up to head to our next stop. Starbucks is one of our favorite places to get coffee. There was a line but it was moving fast. To my delight Corey and Taneka was running a tight ship. “I am not a big fan of the Starbucks coffees or anything that has their coffee in it however they have good tea. This particular location is inside St.Jude across from Kay Kafe and is one of two fully appointed and stocked well run Starbucks outlets.“

“It’s becoming a problem now. It’s like they are not valuing their customers… I’ve been a loyal customer for a while now. And now it’s like they don’t want to be there. I gets a caramel macchiato every time I go to Starbucks. This is my favorite drink! Now it’s becoming my worst drink. I asked for specific things. When I get my drink it’s taste nothing like I asked. I don’t understand how hard it is to fixed a caramel macchiato with extra caramel and extra vanilla with whole milk. Drink taste just like water! I usually give a good comment about how good they be fixing my drinks. Now I’m at a point where I just want to leave as much of a bad review on the services now. Starbucks gotta do better by showing those who are fixing the drinks. Or make sure that they are using the right products for their customers

“I love this Starbucks!!!? The friendly environment. The staff has soooo much compassion. My sandwich drop on the floor ( bomber right?) their asks was no worries and fix me another?. In this crazy world sometimes it's the small things like a little kindness. Can make someone day.Thanks crew for all thaty'all do.“

“Walk-in order. Easy to place, not too busy drive through or inside. Large tables for indoor seating. Outdoor seating with umbrella shades alongside parking lot.Restrooms have codes, changing tables in the restrooms as well as sharps disposal containers if you're a diabetic.Two drinks, several hot and cold items, a pit stop for the kids, and a grand total of maybe 7-10 mins...? We were back on the road.“

“It is nice to have a Starbucks in the grocery store. It makes the shopping experience better with a caffeinated beverage in hand. The service here is a mixed bag, but for the most part I get my beverages in a timely manner and can usually get the barista to smile. I don't imagine this job is easy.“

“Large footprint with plenty of seating inside and on the patio. Also, there are plenty of coffee beans and merchandise to buy.

Vegetarian options: The Impossible breakfast sandwich is our favorite

Kid-friendliness: Yes, kids are welcome

Wheelchair accessibility: Door access is not ADA. Someone would have to hold the door. Looks like Starbuck's in this area is making upgrades“

“I love the coffee specialties that Starbucks has, and that you can choose them hot or cold, large or small. They have other frozen drinks, that are very tasty and refreshing.You can also add a little of whipped cream on your coffee, yummy.Or take a bite, choosing one of their special sandwiches, or something sweet, like their deserts.I like that they adapt their coffees to each season, and I can't wait for Fall, to taste my favorite pumpkin spice latte.“

“If you visit Memphis university, don't forget to go to Starbucks. Here, you will find Sam, who is very kind. He smiles at everybody, and never forget to say " Good morning" and " have a good day". This, without mentioning the quality of the coffee, which is always the best in this country.“

“This is one of my favorite Starbucks to go to in Memphis. Reece is a wonderful manager and even when they are super busy and overwhelmed from the high demand of Poplar, they are kind, professional, and as quick as possible under the pressure!“

“The front desk and staff were very friendly and helpful to us. The room was spacious and had more space than the Gaylord Hotel that we stayed in in Nashville. A short walk to Beale Street and back. Try the original BB King's BBQ. It was a hit in both food and music.“

“drive through., only one person handed me the device to add a tip to my card., most always friendly; atmosphere is in my truck in the drive through, this is always after my oncology appointment a pick me up of sorts!

Parking: small lot, only one way in and out which presents an issue as the driveway isn't large enough the the exit of the drive through. Iced Americana with cream along the feta, Spanish, wrap.“

“These folks are so freaking amazing!! I’ve been under the weather and made a couple of runs to the drive thru for a certain tea that only they can make. A tea that I know from online lore employees groan when ordered. The staff realized it was me, and that I wasn’t feeling well, and went above and beyond to take care of me! I sat in my car and cried like a baby, it was that special. Keep up the good work! ??“
