“Disclaimer I have gone to this locations several times through the drive thru. I had extra time on this trip so I went inside to order. BEST decision ever!! The front cashier was super sweet and I was in and out. It was literally the fast trip I have ever made.“

“Outstanding service, clean and friendly atmosphere, I love wendys chili, especially when I gets lots of burger or meat, it sometimes settle at the bottom of the pot. I love there fries, they say the fries have sea salt on them, and there various sandwiches are delicious to me, ill definitely be eating there today, lots of restaurants to choose from. That's really convenient. I also love their loaded potatoes. ?“

“I tried the chicken wrap and my friend had the BBQ chicken nuggets. Starting with the wrap the lettuce was crisp and fresh the chicken was delicious and the sauce probably ranch topped it of. I could have eaten another one, it was that good. The BBQ chicken nuggets were also crispy and lightly covered in sauce and were also delicious unfortunately everything was so good we ate it so fast I didn't get a chance to take a picture of it. But I will next time

“I got off work at Memphis Ready Mix and decided to go to Wendy on Macon Road for a 4 for $5 and I was greeted by Ms. Mary Bolden. She was a good person and took my order, took my money then wash her hands in front of me and made my order. She was smiling and happy with good customer service the whole time I was there ... Big shout out to Mary. I will always come up there for a meal ..“

“The food is usually good here except for late night...fries are normally cold at night. Service....not so great... After sitting in line for 30 to 45 min (which is normal after dark) they ALWAYS want u to back up behind the yellow pole and wait til they tell u to pull up to the window again. Considering the wait time to the window is so long i dont think anyone wants to back up to the yellow pole and wait another 5 - 10 min. Although if u are a regular customer this is expected, sometimes it can be pretty frustrating because at the point of finally reaching the window you are ready to pull off and leave... Not back up and waut a little longer. Wendys is not like this in the morning or at lunchtime. Only nights have this issue, so its unusual that i go at night now. Whatever timer system that they are trying to 'beat' is a little irritating to the customers. Maybe it would be a good idea to simply move the line in a timely manner as they do in the daytime so that this method wont be necessary.“

“My lifemate and I went through the drive thru around 7:15pm tonight. The line was sooo long, and I thought it looked impossible. But it went by pretty quickly for it being the dinner rush. I got the Classic Big Bacon Chicken Sandwich, he got the Spicey Asiago Ranch Club. Oh man, it was so good! That sandwich was a hot, tasty mess. The fries were extra good. They were out of diet Coke. Pro's and Cons of going during the dinner rush. He ate all of his too fast for me to take a pic. I could only manage half, but hey! That's lunch for tomorrow.I'm including pictures of my food, and Al the Begging Cat. Al doesn't really want to eat the foods, just smell it. He always runs off afterwards. Big weird handsome cat.“

“My dad, daughter, and I stopped in for lunch and received the best service ever. Ms. Brenda was phenomenal, polite, and the whole team was amazing. I definitely will return.

“Youtuber Eric The Electric a little skinny dude that can eat A TON OF FOOD did a challenge of highest calorie burgers from all the major chains and which was the best. He said the new Wendy Pub Burger was the best. He and his wife had the Triple. I got it for my brother and they only had the double. Brother said it was amazing.“

“I ordered a Dave's double with everything except onion, 2 chili cheese fries, a Dave's single no lettuce and no ketchup, 2 large bowls of chili, a large cherry coke and a large Dr pepper using the mobile app to pickup in the drive thru. When I got home with my order, everything was correct except for the 2 chili cheese fries which was missing the cheese, and the Dave's double had onion on it. I understand if they were out of shredded cheese, but when a customer asked for something to be removed from a hamburger, it could be that the customer or someone in the customer's family is allergic to that particular item. I normally don't have any issues with this location getting my oder correct. Management needs to make the staff aware of food allergies and the staff needs to pay closer attention to what is ordered. Luckily I removed the onion from the hamburger before my son had eaten it. Please be more careful in the future“

“I went through the drive thru but service was pretty good ...nothing bad to say. He even allowed me to switch flavors of my last soda...everything was fixed as requested, fresh, tasty and hot. No complaints!!

“Employees were fairly nice.
I was able to take advantage of a BOGO sandwich deal which was nice.
My big complaint is that the drink machine was apparently out of syrup, my diet coke tasted terrible and bitter. Thankfully it was only a $1. Didn't notice until I was already back on the road.
I also had to pull forward in the drive thru and wait several minutes for just two sandwiches even though there were no cars behind me. Gotta make those metrics I guess.“

“I had the chicken/butter biscuit meal. The service was ok & the food was fresh. I felt very uncomfortable at the drive thru because of the men hanging out in the parking lot and by the outside speaker. They're approaching cars asking for money.“

“This is a tight spot to drive through. My guy friend and I got two caramel frosty's. I hope this becomes a staple. It was the perfect late night treat. It made my headache disappear. Tried again 2/1/25 and will only get frosties from here. My spicy chicken sandwich tasted like a patty vs juicy spicy chicken sandwich advertised.“

“My drive through experience was awesome. The young lady took out order got everything correct had a very nice attitude. We got to the wonder to pick our food up. The people at that window were very polite. And make sure that we had everything that we needed before window. And our food was fresh and hot and my peppermint frosty was delicious.

“Wasn't a long wait, cashier was nice but my bacon cheeseburger didn't have bacon on it and the meat was cold. Had to go back to get it corrected. Cashier gave me fresh french fries with it so I'm still giving them 4 stars. It's really a good thing when they don't treat you like YOU messed up the order!“

I walk from penske just put my semi in shop decided to walk here. And I'm glad I did . No judgements just great customer service. Please keep up the great job“

“Most of the things on the menu were good. The atmosphere was very friendly and nice. Although there drink machine only had one option which was coke and it was very watered down. This fast food restaurant is still quite amazing.

“The cashier who waited on me was very friendly. The other employees seems to be happy at work which was good. The restaurant was clean, parking lot also. The only down side was that the chicken nuggets were warm, the fries also and the food just didn't taste good especially the chicken nuggets tasted to process which I should have expected for the price I paid. But overall all I would give my visit three star's out of five.

Parking: Restaurant has it on parking lot. Also it has a shopping center in it. Plenty of parking available.“
