Being pulled up just to receive cold food is diabolical

Tonight I did something I haven't done in years, and that's have a great experience at the Highland Wendys. The lady at the window was extremely nice and helpful, and the man who made my food was really nice too and everything was hot, fresh and delicious. Their awesome attitudes and service make all the difference in the world.
