“I have been to this restaurant many times and went last night for my birthday with my family. The coffee encrusted filet is phenomenal and this is the only place I have ever seen it. Along with the scalloped potatoes side and the artichoke dip for an appetizer I was so pleased. Everyone enjoyed what they got whether it was the salmon, French onion soup, or other steaks. Our server was so kind and attentive and found out it was my birthday so gave me a free dessert along with champagne and a card signed by the staff. We will be back again before my next birthday for sure!“

“I’ve been coming to this drive thru for years, and the food is always hot, fresh, and delicious. Since the fish is cooked to order, it might take a few extra minutes but it’s well worth the wait. The service is friendly, and they really take pride in what they do. One of my favorite spots.“

“We have eaten at Southside Grill for about twenty years. We go there for a quick bite to eat, Sunday brunch and, celebrations. We ate there last night and had probably the BEST meal we have ever had at Southside Grill. It was fantastic!“

“Food is good. I wouldn’t recommend ordering take out because they skimp you on sauce and food unfortunately. I always have a good experience with the server. He literally runs that whole place by himself. I’m seriously always impressed by him and hopefully he’s getting all his tips and not sharing it with the nuisance/ eye sore that sits behind the counter stuffing her face while scrolling on her phone constantly in front of customers. She’s so rude and has terrible customer service skills. I come here pretty often and she’s always behind the counter doing the same sh’t. When I have to go to the counter to pay, she never acknowledges or even gets her face out of the phone to speak to me for two seconds. I’m in the food business, so I am all about good customer service and handling the tasks professionally. I’m a good tipper and I expect it to be worth it in all aspects. Again, Food is great. Server is amazing,. just not a good experience with the two behind the counter 🤷🏻‍♀️“

“For a Wednesday evening the restaurant was very busy. The service was slow. The bar got two drinks wrong and was very slow. The server was apologetic but very courteous. The food when finally received was excellent. And the pricing was very high. The noise level was unacceptable. So loud you had to strain to hear your guests across the table and had to speak very loudly to be heard.“

Manager and others were eager to help me understand the menu. Pleasant music in background. I want to emphasize that this appeared to be a heart healthy dinner, which is important to me. Thanks!
